I have had back pain for a number of years - and after having my first (and very big) baby, was left with some new issues that needed to be addressed. I started seeing Dr. Kettering at this time. He does an excellent job of clearly explaining what the injury/issue is and what he is doing to correct it. He also had given me easy instructions of what I can do at home to take control of my recovery. Dramatic progress was made in a short time. I have now been seeing Dr. Kettering on a maintenance schedule for over a year now. He is very flexible in his scheduling. I don't think I have ever waited more than a couple of minutes to be seen. You can tell his primary concern is the comfort and care of his patient.

I had never been to a chiropractor prior to Dr. A kettering, I was unsure what to expect. I received an excellent assessment and treatment. My pain and discomfort is all but gone, and my posture is significantly better as well. More then that however unlike going to the docotrs, I enjoy my visits with dr. Kettering, his patient care is excellent and we have good conversations, it is not unusual for me to spend 5-10 minutes after my appointment finishing our conversation, that in my opinion shows he really does care about his patients..

I was physically brought to my hands and knees from throwing my back out. It was the worst back pain I have ever had, hands down. I was 8 days away from going on a golf trip and I could not even take a step without excruciating pain. I barely hobbled into Dr Kettering's office. He was grinning and I was in no mood for a smile that day. But it was Dr Kettering's calming attitude that told me I was probably in the right place. Long story short, 4 days after I left Dr Kettering's office I was swinging a golf club and was almost 100%. By the time I got to the golf trip it was like nothing ever happened. I was straightened out and doctor gave me specific simple exercises which I have been doing ever since. All with a calming, gentle approach that made the whole experience as smooth as one could imagine. Thank you doc!

I saw Dr. Kettering at Lancaster County Chiropractic and I'm convinced he is a Wizard. I am 36 years old and was hit by a truck as a pedestrian in 2010. I have had neck and back issues ever since and I was extremely hesitant to see a Doctor about it since I had my fill of seeing them after my surgeries. I walked in feeling 80 and walked out feeling 25. He is amazing! Very friendly, gentle demeanor and so knowledgeable. My headache was gone within 10 minutes of going back and starting adjustments. I highly recommend him and can't wait to go back next week!

Dr Droo is awesome! I have some old whiplash and sports Injuries that flare up from time to Time and he fixes me right up- I’ve been to a lot of chiropractors and he is a total pro- I like all the devices he has in the office and I never feel pain or discomfort - only relief! I first visited Dr. Kettering in November for neck stiffness and pain. I expected to go in, have a "quick-fix" adjustment and call it a day but what I received was much more. Dr. Kettering did give me an adjustment, but more importantly, he taught me how to correct my posture and strengthen my muscles so my neck issues would naturally improve. I now see him every 6 weeks and each time my neck and back have been in better shape then the appointment before. I would recommend Dr. Kettering and LCC to anyone. He is kind, intelligent and great at his job.

I called Dr. Andrew Kettering about a month ago when I had severe lower back pain. I was desperate for some relief and called on a Saturday, knowing I probably wasn't going to have much luck getting an appointment. I left a message and about an hour later, Dr. Andrew called me back to inform me he was away for the weekend. He asked about my pain and scheduled me in asap on Monday. I was a little nervous because I had never gone to the chiropractor before. Dr. Kettering was wonderful! He talked me through everything and made me feel at ease during my first appointment. My back felt much better after just the first visit. He implemented a plan to see him twice a week and provided me with suggested stretches and exercises to do at home on my own. After two weeks, my back feels SO much better. I look forward to my weekly visits with him for the back treatment and friendly atmosphere. I highly suggest Dr. Andrew Kettering to anyone looking for some back pain relief!

I have been to many specialists and chiropractors for minor back pain and headaches, and none of them gave me a thorough regime to do at home so I didn't have to come in as much. Dr. Kettering is very much concerned with your well being and will go out of his way to make visits convenient for you. I was comfortable, well-informed, and left feeling better and ready to work on some things to help at home. Was told price for services which was paid in full after my visit to only be contacted three months later telling me you are sending a bill for $190 to collections that I never heard a word about till you want to send off to collections. Seems really fishy to me - Maybe you should be completely upfront about the cost of your services before you schedule.

I went to see Dr. Andrew Kettering after I was experiencing severe lower back pain. He determined that I had a pinched nerve in my lower back and after seeing him one time my back felt so much better. After two visits my back pain was completely gone. I am very impressed with the methods he uses to alleviate the pain. He is an extremely knowledgeable doctor who I will continue to go to anytime I experience pain in my back. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is experiencing similar pain. I believe seeing him is a much better alternative than receiving cortisone shots in my back which is what I did in the past. The injections only give a temporary relief whereas seeing Dr. Kettering is a much more permanent solution.
