I did research and I decided to go to the Family Tree for many of reasons, #1 hoping that someone could relieve my terrible migraines due to an previous accident that has caused a pinched nerve in my neck. Dr.P was able to identify even more problems that I've had over the years. It's only been 2.5 months!!! With his expertise and knowledge, he has literally gave me a new life, has saved my job and my sanity. My posture is straighter, my migraines are pretty much at a good bye! I feel better than I ever have!! I would give more stars if possible... I truly thank God for the branches that have led me to the "Family Tree!"

I have been to FTC several times within the last 1-2 years. I got some help in straightening my back and temporary relief of pain. I also got some good advice on strengthening my body. I have serious concerns about FTC in the way they conduct their business with patients. The Dr. talks openly to his patients about their health and lots of personal things- all this while other patients sit in the same room. I wonder if FTC is aware of HIPAA and that they are in direct violation of some aspects of HIPAA. Dr. likes to brag about his accomplishments - very unprofessional. You might feel embarrassed discussing you health in front of others( like I did) so consider another chiropractor.

I first started coming to Family Tree when my parents recommended that I go. I had moderate back pain and sciatic nerve pain. While well into my treatment (and nearly done I might add), I was in a car accident that resulted in set back in my care. When Dr. Parker took my ex-rays, he estimated that I would be returned to my previous state in 3-5 months. I finished weeks earlier than estimated and feel better than I ever imaged I could. Not only was my back care extraordinary, but I was able to resolve other health problems as well. Dr. Parker and his team truly care about their patients. They went to bat for me when my insurance company was being, well, a typical insurance company. I would recommend Family Tree Chiropractic to anyone experiencing the least amount of neck, back, hip, knee, elbow, ankle, wrist, headache, sinus, ear, pinky toe, etc. etc. etc. pain. Your life will definitely make a change for the better.

We recently moved out of state, but while we lived in Ephrata we went to Family Tree Chiropractic regularly as a family. I highly recommend Dr. Parker for a chiropractor! His care is professional and thorough... not to mention the nice, friendly, educational and entertaining atmosphere at his clinic. My children always loved going for a visit! I remember one incident especially where he helped my youngest daughter start using her leg again after an accident that left her near immobile. What a relief to find such non-evasive, effective care!! He is the best! Check him out!

Love Family Tree Chiropractic-My 16 year old son has scoliosis and was not functioning very well. He started going to Dr. Parker on a regular basis and after a short period of time started feeling so much better. He had stopped activity because his knees hurt, etc, now he is back to his activity and feels good. Dr. Parker really involves himself with his patients and cares whole heartedly about them and their well being. Thank you for all of your encouragement, wisdom, help and guidance. We appreciate you!

I was always a bit apprehensive when it came to chiropractors, but my brother and wife swore by theirs that when I started to have severe back pain I decided to try one out. Although I must admit the overall reviews were part of the reason I decided to go here, I wish I had trusted my original thoughts of chiropractic care. First, the chiropractor does a lot of talking about clients and performing on them out in the open. I’m almost positive this has to be some type of HIPPA violation. Second, each X-ray I received, came with “ohhs and ahhhs” like it was the worst things he ever seen. It was straight from a sleazy used car salesman tactic. All that and he drew me up a12-18 month plan for $3000 that would guarantee to solve my back issues. Needless to say, after the initial two visits and $350 bill later I never went back. An MRI a few days later showed significant herniated discs that will require surgery that nonspinal manipulation could have ever solved. Beware of chiropractors that do not coexist with at least some type of physical therapy and make sure you go through doctor recommendations before heading to this practice.

Before starting care I was having trouble walking with my hips and lower back. Now I no longer have pain in my hips and I go regularly to my appointments because I have a bad knee and walk weird, so regular adjustments get me back in alignment. I do believe chiropractic care keep same healthier and I don't get sick as often as I used to.

Over the past few years I’ve been dealing with pain in my neck and down my arm. In past years the pain would last a few days or weeks and then subside. This year the pain never went away. I reached out to my family doctor and he diagnosed me with a pinched nerve in my neck... UGH! Standard operating procedure is three weeks of physical therapy so the insurance company covers the cost of the MRI. Then after evaluating the MRI a more detailed diagnoses and treatment which would probably involve steroid shots in my neck and possible surgery. Funny thing about having a pinched nerve (if there is something funny about being in pain) is the number of neighbors, friends & co-workers that had the same problem, and I never knew. Now I was getting all sorts of advice on neck pain and pinched nerves, and it always ended in the same way with neck surgery. Except for one of my friends who talked about going to a chiropractor. My initial response was “chiropractors are not real doctors”, but he was the only person that didn’t have neck surgery. I was very skeptical of even going to a chiropractor, but the prospect of getting pain relief without surgery is a great motivator. So I rationalized that chiropractors are just another type of physical therapist that specialize on the spine and neck. After researching most of the chiropractors in the Ephrata area I determined Dr. Parker at Family Tree Chiropractic had the best reputation. I could list all of the great things that I have experienced at Family Tree Chiropractic but I can sum it up by saying I’m now pain free and yes… chiropractors are real doctors.

Kim Eison Dr. Parker is one of the warmest, kindest doctors I’ve come across. His office staff is just like him. I remember the first time going into his office I could barely walk. I could hardly stand up straight and getting into and out of a chair was difficult. I had such extreme lower back pain. He said pain is not a way of life and he believed he could get me to the point where I had minimal back pain. Within 2 weeks I could walk up and down my steps at home with very little difficulty. He had worked on my back for over a year and I have to now agree with him, “pain, was definitely not a way of life”. You were one of the best recommendations anyone has referred to me. Thank you for everything!

I had a car accident along with my siblings, and I suffered from lower back and neck pain. We found this practice online with great reviews so we decided to check it out. The staff was professional, organized, caring, and being awesome. After a few months of treatment, I feel better than I did even before the accident.

I highly recommend Dr. Parker and Family Tree Chiropractic. It's amazing that so many people think that they need to live in pain. I was one of them before I went to see Dr. Parker. Before I went for my first appointment, I could barley walk and perform daily life activities. Dr. Parker and all his staff went above and beyond in every area to take care of me. I felt relief after my first adjustment. In only a few visits, I can now enjoy participating in activities with my kids and enjoy daily life without the severe back pain and difficulty walking. I'm even sleeping better and wake up rested without having the old back or neck pain. I and my family will continue to travel the "extra mile" to receive the excellent service and care from Family Tree Chiropractic and Dr. Parker.

In January I threw my back out. A friend recommended Dr. Parker. I am so glad for him. He is kind, caring, and genuine. In April I started running. I couldn't run 1 mile without walking. Dr. Parker encouraged me. I kept going. On Oct 31st I ran my first half marathon. Thank you Dr. Parker for helping me meet my goal!

I was recommended to Family Tree Chiropractic by a friend. I had serious pain in my back and neck and was walking stooped shouldered. I have gone to chiropractors in the past and never got lasting relief so I was skeptical when I arrived. Dr Parker had me describe my pain, locations and intensity, and took multiple x-rays to investigate the problems. I am an engineer and appreciate the data gathering, analysis, and creating a plan of attack that was tailored to my problems. Long story short I am now walking tall without pain. It wasn't an overnight solution but a solution that allowed my back to heal and my muscles to be strengthened to keep my back in alignment. By the way, the 5 minute massages after each session are wonderful.

Dr. Parker changed my life. I was getting migraines every day and had little movement in my neck. My headaches have decreased dramatically, and I haven't had this much movement in my neck in a long time. Dr. Parker explains everything thoroughly to you and knows what he is doing. I would recommend him to anyone.

If your ever feeling down go here. The friendliness and service is amazing. Some criticize chiropractic care usually because it takes a longer time to see results. It is a slow steady way to use the body's natural healing process. Surgery and drugs in my humble mind is crazy. I have been seeing Dr Parker for over 20 years now (off and on). My best health has been realized while under his care. I recently had my hip replaced which "grew" my one leg 1/4". I am resuming treatment to get my spine aligned again. In addition to Dr Parker see John the massage therapist for the best back rub on the planet. Put the two together and it's a perfect marriage for health.

I have had back pain for as long as I can remember. However, in June of this year, I hurt my back while moving a treadmill up a flight of stairs. On my first day at Family Tree, my wife had to drive me and it took several minutes to get from the car into the office. The first night, Dr. Parker took x-rays, which was miserable with the pain I was in. The next morning, he fit me into their busy schedule and we went over the x-rays and he performed my first adjustment. After that, I started seeing the doctor four times per week, for the first month, but within a couple of weeks, I was able to walk without pain. The next month, I starting rehabilitation, and today I am better than I have been in decades. I am more flexible, I sleep better, and I can sit for more than 30 minutes without being in pain. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Parker and his amazing staff. I love going to the office, if only to see their smiling faces.

I have been going to Chiropractors for most of my Adult life after having many crashes on Motocross motorcycles all during my youth. Each chiropractor has their own way of treatment and I can honestly say that Dr. Parker has the unique ability to take one look at my posture and he knows more about what treatment I need than I will ever know. The feeling I get after an adjustment is hard to put into words. Recharged, Calmer, More focused are words that do come to mind. If you had an overhead shot of my posture going into the clinic and leaving after treatment you would be amazed. I am. Every time I leave there I ask myself why I don't go more often. Bottom line, Go there, He Will Help You.

Had a little motor accident and needed a chiropractor. My brother looked on Google for a chiropractor and found this place. In just about 3 months, I went from a 4 to 10 with 3 to 2 visits per week. The treatments made me feel like I was back to my normal self before the motor accident. The doctor really takes the time to know each patient. Highly recommend to motor accident people.
