I've been under chiropractic care for more than 10 years, off and on. I believe, when administered properly, chiropractic care is essential for overall health and well-being. It relieves pain, and helps organs function properly, among many other benefits. I sit behind a desk all day, and, while I try my best to maintain good posture, I can easily get out of alignment. Also having been in a car accident and having chronic arthritis in my neck and low back, I need monthly, and sometimes twice-monthly, maintenance. I've been to several different chiropractors over the years, and have had all kinds of (good and not-so-good) experiences. One doctor performed the same exact adjustment on me every time I went, even though my aches and pains were not always in the same location of my body. I soon began to lose faith in this doctor and searched for a new one. The next doctor put me on a 3 times a week maintenance program. He convinced me that I was "so out of alignment" it would take consistent adjustments for 3 months to get me where I needed to be. By the end of the 3 months, I was in MORE PAIN than what I started with. It was a bad experience! Then I found Dr. Sangiamo and scheduled a "trial" adjustment. Wow! Was I impressed! I walked out of that first visit A NEW PERSON! Dr. Sangiamo took the time to understand my medical history, lifestyle, and my spine health. He did a thorough adjustment - from head to toe - I knew I'd found a true chiropractic specialist! Dr. Sangiamo really, really knows chiropractic medicine, and I am SO GLAD to have found him! Additionally, his practice offers massage therapy, which makes getting an adjustment AND massage (on occasion) the same day ultra convenient.

He's not a "pushy salesman" attempting to get you to come in 2-3 times a week (if you need that type of care, then he'll make the correct recommendation), instead he cares for each person individually.
