I found this practice to be a "high pressure" practice. When I didn't go for an adjustment for 4-6 weeks I received four phone calls telling me to call the office to make an appt. When I made an appt. with the massage therapist I felt pressured to make a chiropractic appt. also, despite the fact that I had informed her that my insurance only covers two visits a month. I found the office assistant Jen unpersonable. The massage therapist used inappropriate language. I haven't experienced this at other chiropractic offices and I have chosen to leave the practice. My attempt was to increase my health and decrease my stress but it was counter productive.
