Do not go to Pure Life Chiropractic. Yesterday, I saw Dr. Brandon who manipulated the C1 and C2 vertebrates in my neck. I am in so much pain right now; my neck on the right side is very swollen. When I called to inform the office about my situation. Their only reply was only, “I will inform the doctor”. NICE to know they really don’t care! When the read the new patient forms, page 6 should have tipped me off that they have been taken to court for malpractice procedures previously. Furthermore, during the initial exam, Dr. Brandon, kept stating that it was important for me to come in for treatments at least twice a week. I have had chiropractic care before and previous doctors stated it was only necessary to come in once a month. I only came to this office because I recently moved here and saw several good reviews. Not sure how that came to be. They obviously only care about how much money they can get from you here and DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A PERSON OR WHETHER THEY HAVE INJURED YOU. Now I get to spend more money at the Urgent Clinic.

Amazing! I had been going to The Joint aka the Jiffy Lube of Chiropractors for a few months but I was just managing the pain and discomfort. Since visit Dr K it's no longer about pain management but healthy living and correcting all the bad habits which caused all my issues. Amanda does a great job of making you feel welcomed and provides you with a lot of information (they even quiz you!) Overall my experience has been amazing the staff is great and I always feel at ease coming into the office.

Dr. Kristen just has so much knowledge about how to make my body healthier. She looks at so much more than the back and neck. Ankles, knees, wrists, elbows, ribs. Dr. Jenn, Dr. Mitch and the whole staff are amazing! My son and I had gotten into a car accident and were having some back and neck pain. Dr Jenn was able to see us right away. She took x-rays, listened to our complaints and was very informative. Usually my son is not a fan of going to see any sort of doctor, but he loves all the staff at Pure Life Chiropractic. The staff is so friendly and really do their best to make sure every experience is the best possible. They do not take walk-ins for new patients. I was referred here from my twin after dealing with sudden bad hip pain and walked in to find out they wount help and you need to go online to fill a form out. Chiropractic might be great but not serving customers and providing options for sudden need of chiropractic treatment stinks. Definitely will not try to come back after that. Didn't even offer to let me fill a form out there and get scheduled....

My wife and I attended an event and met Dr. K at her booth. I scheduled my wife a visit first due to my wife's constant complaint of neck and back pain. She went once and felt amazing. Her restricted motion was relieved. So being a skeptic in some instances, I decided to schedule a session. I have had back pain for a few years. Unfortunately, like most people I considered the canned statement "Must be getting old." As the reason to live with discomfort and pain in my back. Sorry folks for a 32 year old. I do not consider the voice of the majority as "Fact". I have been seeing Dr. K for only 3 weeks. At first I was skeptical. Thinking, "Yeah right" I have been having other people pop my back for years recreationally. Feels good for a while then bam!!! Back pain again. The sessions with her has literally changed my life. Doctor Kristen has been taking care of me for over a year now. In that time she has made it possible me for me to stand for 8 plus hours everyday, and I don't feel like I am 80 years old at the end of the day. She has also corrected a sore spot that I had in the middle of my spine. I can't even tell where the spot was My digestive system is in a happy place again too. The staff in the office is always nice and super supportive. Dr. Kristen always listens to your needs and does her magic in the office, and gives you the information you need to to help yourself outside of the office.

Dr. K is a miracle worker, I'm not kidding! I first started seeing her about six years ago for chronic neck pain after seeing a couple of other doctors. I had relief within a couple of sessions and it never came back! I now include her as part of a health maintenance routine (like changing the oil in your car) to help keep my body in tune from the stress of working out, a desk job, and everyday life. The benefits to my body are amazing. Chiropractic work helps me even when I'm sick and also has helped with some digestive issues. Dr K. and her office staff are absolutely wonderful people and genuinely invested in the health of their patients. Dr K. also routinely attends continuing education seminars to make sure she is up to speed on all the best practices in her field. Seriously, 5 stars is not enough. Go see her!

I would go more finances provided and I lived closer, we traveled over from Newport, haven't seen Dr. Matt in some time, but Jen is just great, She fixed me up, and I still have a few weeks of healing for the muscles, but got in same day, this is the place I've come to when I've needed chiropractic care, I didn't get the massage before and after, but hopefully next time I can come when I don't have somewhere else to be or they are closing.
