This is the first Chiropractic office that I have ever been to that has told me their services were going to cost a certain price, but then bill me 3 months and two weeks later saying I owe them more? Multiple receptionists have told me they have to file their insurance claims and don't know what part of my treatment would be covered until they hear back. They provide good care and the staff are friendly, but if you want to be told your treatment is a certain price and you pay them, Hawthorne Chiropractic might still send you a bill a couple months down the line asking for A LOT more. They do not fully disclose how much they are going to charge.

Erik Anderson worked some magic on my neck. I was having terrible neck pain constantly and after one visit the pain went down and by my follow up visit three days later I had no pain. I was nervous about going to a chiropractor but he made it very chill and comfortable. Highest of recommendations.

Hurt my back sledding before Christmas. Went in the next week to get help. Erik Anderson took care of me, did the adjustments, and taught me some stretches. Went back for another session, and was doing pretty great after that. I'd highly recommend for any back issues. Also, havent seemed to have any issues with insurance.

These guys are awesome. They keep abreast of the latest developments in their field, they listen and observe carefully to find root causes and get their patients well without running them through excessive treatments. Focus is more on muscle balance than joint manipulation, through that’s definitely part of the skill set. Clearly they are doing good business, because it can be a challenge to get convenient appointments unless you’re really flexible. :)

I saw Erik Anderson for my first-ever chiropractic appointment. I had always had a lot of tension in my upper back, as well as occasional acute pain. Erik did a thorough job explaining his chiropractic philosophy, and in addition to some some minor adjustments, he provided me with exercises and other suggestions for relieving the root causes of my discomfort. This was an excellent experience. A++

Erik Anderson is an above and beyond chiropractor. He truly listens to everything you have to say and offers effective physical therapy approaches in addition to/instead of chiropractic manipulations. It's not the kind of appointment where you are in and out in 10 minutes. I've seen him for everything from sciatica to headaches, and he has helped every time. Great provider.
