I began treatment with Dr Wilson about 3 months ago due to neck pain, ignoring my chronic and relentless foot pain that requires me to change shoes throughout the day. This pain has been misdiagnosed for more than 10 years and I had resigned to just live with it after trying chiropractic care with several other local chiropractors as well as multiple treatments with 4 different podiatrists. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on everything they recommended from orthotic inserts to guided ultrasound to 12 consecutive months of physical therapy focused on my feet. All resulting in no change. Yesterday I left home in my favorite high heels "My Barbie shoes" with my Birkenstocks in my bag. I walked and stood all day long because I'm a sales rep. I noticed at lunch with some surprise that my feet didn't hurt yet so I kept going, then again mid afternoon still no pain, my feet where actually comfortable. This is brand new! I can't even remember the last time my feet didn't hurt in heels and sometimes even in athletic shoes. My foot pain has even been so unbearable at times that I have to sit while I'm drying my hair. Dr. Wilson is simply amazing. He truly cares about his patients and I trust him 100% with me and my baby. He helped me with back pain throughout my pregnancy and was the most supportive throughout my pregnancy and following delivery. My daughter started having seizures when she was 4 months old. I was very worried, as any new mama would be. I talked to doctor Wilson about what was happening. That day he said “let’s check it out” and completed scans. The next visit he explained the areas of stress that showed up in the scans. Her spine was out and it could have been from birth trauma. My daughter’s seizures stopped after being adjusted for a few weeks. She has now been seizure free for 3 months and is a perfectly healthy little girl. We repeated her scans and they look fabulous! I am so thankful for Dr. Wilson and his wonderful staff. It feels like your going to chat with close friends when you enter the office, not going to an appointment. They are very kid friendly and even help with my daughter while I get adjusted.

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The doctor however, Dr. Josh Wilson was very rude. He was speaking to me, a grown man, like a child. Granted, I've only been to the chiropractor a couple of times, he tried to make me feel stupid and I didn't appreciate it. He suggested that the work I've had done in the past was by bad doctors because they didn't want to sign me up for an entire treatment plan. He then proceeded to tell me that there was an unaccredited doctor down the street that I can go to, put money in a box and have whatever done to me I needed. Never would I ever treat somebody with such disrespect. Their Living Social deals are EXTREMELY misleading, and there is no fine print saying what process they will be doing. They wasted my time and made me angry, don't let him do the same to you. There are many other chiropractors around, explore your options before going here and getting treated like an idiot.

I met Dr. Wilson while working at a health fair for my employer and booth shopping on some down time. I was hesitant to talk to him at first because I previously had a cervical discectomy and fusion at C5-C6 and was under the impression that my surgical history would prevent me from using chiropractic treatment in the future. I thought further surgical intervention or long term pain medication was going to be my only option to treat the chronic, severe pain I had endured for the previous seven years. I found out after talking with Dr. Wilson that I could, in fact, still receive chiropractic treatment which was a huge relief to me. I was one year post op from the fusion, only 30 years old, and had already been told I needed at least one more fusion. I was in limbo waiting on a surgical consult with a Neurosurgeon at the VA Hospital [the one time a long wait at the VA came in handy :) ] and I was thrilled at the opportunity to try a less invasive treatment therapy that might actually increase my range of motion and not permanently limit it. I went to visit Dr. Wilson about two weeks later and I was very pleased with my initial consult. He took a thorough medical history and multiple X-Rays. He performed a couple minor adjustments but did not touch my neck at all until after the X-Rays and medical history could be reviewed and he could form a treatment plan. This put my mind at ease about having adjustments done post-fusion that Dr. Wilson wasn't just going to run in blind and do something that could possibly hurt, or at least scare me. I met with him again a few days later where he went over all my X-Rays with me, explaining what my spinal column SHOULD look like vs what it actually looked like. He went over his treatment plan and expected outcome and answered any remaining questions I had about the safety of this kind of treatment combined with my medical history. I have been a patient of Dr Wilson's for almost three years now. I never had to have that second fusion. In fact, my migraine frequency as a result of my lingering C-spine injury decreased significantly. I went from having 2-3 migraines a week to maybe one or two a month. I was able to sleep better and move around easier doing day to day activities at work and home. I even was able to receive treatment for whiplash from two separate accidents, one of which I was hit from behind at over 50 mph. What would have ordinarily had me laid up in bed for weeks was resolved with a quick message to Dr. Wilson, some X-Rays, and adjusting my treatment plan as needed. I did not have to miss extensive time from work after either accident and was still able to function normally with only moderate pain compared to what I would have expected without chiro. I have recommended Wilson Family Chiropractic to all of my friends and family. In fact, Dr. Wilson has even treated my husband and several of his co-workers, all active duty U.S. Army personnel. Between Airborne School, hard landings in military aircraft, rigorous physical training, and well over a decade of deployment time between us, I know those Soldiers and I each had our own unique set of challenges that Dr. Wilson was able to effectively treat and manage. It made a world of difference for my husband as I found out he was blissfully unaware that it is not normal to have chronic lower back pain your whole adult life. He is now a true believer in the benefits of quality chiropractic care. It is not an exaggeration to say my life would not be the same without the quality of care I received at Wilson Family Chiropractic. Instead of having multi-level fusions which significantly limit my range of motion, I am able to function at a level that far exceeds my expectation of ability after the first fusion. I thank God for orchestrating my introduction to Dr. Wilson and therefore allowing me to live the most pain free life I have experienced in the last decade.

At first this seems like a awesome office the chiropractor himself is very knowledgeable and personable. Here’s where the one star comes in to play due to poor customer service. My second appointment was scheduled last week but we had light flurry and ice so they called me to reschedule. I pushed my appt back a week but I am 8 months pregnant so my ob appointments come first before chiropractic services. I had to work on my normal off day so that I could make an appt with my ob to check on my child. I called hours before my appt to reschedule and was told before I could even finish explaining “Vanity dr Wilson likes to keep patients who stick to their scheduled appointments...” very rude like and then placed me on hold because they were the ones who originally cancelled so when she came back on the phone I had to tell her that the only reason my appointment was originally rescheduled was because of their office. Words of advice have better customer service if you’re going to pride yourself on being one of four chiropractors in the state that take pregnant patients then you should be understanding when they have to rearrange their schedule for their appointments that are with their ob. I would not recommend this office to any mother that is expecting because they are not flexible and the lady on the phone was very rude without realizing the facts about their office doing the rescheduling to begin with.

I have been to a couple other Chiropractors before. When I would ask them why I was having pain I would get answers like "you probably sit down too much". They would just adjust my back and take my money. The next day I felt the same as before. Dr. Wilson was able to actually give me answers and have a plan for getting me back on track. If you want to know what is causing your problems and have a long term solution I highly recommend Dr. Wilson.

Dr Wilson and his staff showed me that although that area of my spine needed adjustment, they also proved there were other areas that needed care as well. Being a disabled Veteran is hard enough, but having pain that prevents you from working is just as bad for your mental image of yourself. I am thankful for all that the staff has done to help me recover and feel whole again. I had my first consultation appointment with Dr. Wilson today and overall I was very pleased! I was able to schedule my appointment very easily over the phone and they even had an option to print the paperwork to fill out before my visit (this was helpful and saved a lot of time). The staff was nice and the facility was clean/comfortable. Dr. Wilson is personable, educated and seems to have a lot of useful tools and advanced technologies at his clinic that I have not seen before or experienced at other chiropractor clinics. He seemed to gain a lot of information about my needs in such a quick period of time and I look forward to visiting again soon! Hopefully I will be able to get my back/neck back to how it should be!
