This is the fourth chiropractic practice I have been a patient of over the last 8 years in two states. They are a dream. Any other time I've gone to the chiropractor I've been very anxious sweaty palms in anticipation of being snapped crackled and popped, but every staff member from the receptionist on the phone to Dr. Steve during my initial new patient exam made me feel at ease and welcome. The team took time to gather a complete health history as well as a full exam today, they will be reviewing all factors and results before starting a treatment plan, which isn't something any other chiropractor has done for me. Tomorrow when I go back we will begin treatment.

I began as a patient at Powell Chiropractic several months ago. I was first impressed by the kindness and knowledge of the staff. Each visit I was greeted with smiles, and genuine concern for my well being. Treatments were not painful, and after several weeks I began to feel much better and stronger. While the staff is very nice. Their billing department is horrible. They messed up my account 3 times now. While chiropractors are for some I unfortunately was worst after 2 weeks of treatment.

I have NEVER met a Doctor's office where ALL OF THE STAFF AND DOCTORS are so patient oriented, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, gentle, caring and willing to "go the extra mile" to make sure that each and every patient is cared for "like family". I'm just starting treatment so can't speak to how well I'll respond. Dr Jim is a little intense but I'm sure that comes from his passion for what he does. It is expensive for me even with insurance and I appreciate that Christa in billing was understanding and very nice to work with.

Bad business model for customers. Fortunately, I have another chiropractor's service from which to compare. Maybe Powell is a good chiropractor, but he is a waste of time and money. Why? One of my biggest pet peeves is when a doctor makes one wait, and wait. This one was a huge waste of our time, and then money. The doctor spent over an hour, and only did x-rays. Wow! Chiropractor in Texas did the x-rays, looked at them with us, then treated...all within 45 minutes (no waiting when we arrived). Fast efficient, with a smile, and not near as much money. It was a stark contrast to Powell. The difference in money is such a huge difference, that we are actually contemplating flying our son down to Texas to live there for a while, being treated there, unless we find another one like him here locally.

Powell Chiropractic,where to begin? Perhaps I can start with the joy & relief I experienced on our very first visit. I wasn't even the patient but what I witnessed was nothing short of a miracle. My grandson who is now 13 years of age has been seen for more than a year on a consistent basis through the Patriot Program at Powell Chiropractic. These remarkable people were able to create such an atmosphere of comfort & love that this wonderful non-verbal autistic young man laid down on an examining table for the first time in his life. We have seen such changes in him. This office runs like a well tuned clock. All of the parts working together (none to small) each according to their own uniqueness, and it works! Did I say office, let me change that. It's more like going home to see family.

I hurt my back in July, and went to stat care for help. They said nothing was wrong, but I was in so much pain and could barely move. A friend recommended I see a chiropractor -- Powell Chiropractic. So, I scheduled an appointment and they got me in the next day. Tjey did an x-ray, ran a systems test and created a plan of care within 24 hours... I could barely move, and it turns out that 10 of my vertebrae had misaligned and my spine had acutely corkscrewed -- that's why all the pain. They discovered that my spinal stabilization muscles were functioning at less than 50% strength... Over the next three months, I worked with Dr Null and the staff at the Powell Chiropractic. They provided hope, support and encouragement. They are efficient, thorough, and treat people with respect and dignity. Three months later and I am now better than ever -- no more pain. I can function, and my spine is realigned... Who knows what could have happened without my friend's recommendation and without Dr Null and his staff.... Powell Chiropractic is a beacon of hope and of strength. It is a place where all God's children can find healing! 5/5 all the way!

I have been coming to Powell chiropractic for about two years. I have gotten manipulations, gone through physical therapy and gone to the health and wellness clinic. The staff is always very nice and they are empathetic to you and your ailments. I have experienced a decrease in my headaches, anxiety and digestive issues since I've been treated. I would highly recommend them (and I do, regularly) to all of my friend and family.

They offer amazing services and the doctors themselves are genuinely wonderful people. Very talented and gifted doctors and staff. I have always been very impressed. In response to Greg below: As a patient myself, I understand the need and desire to be treated as quickly as possible when there is an urgent issue of health. However, depending upon the state of urgency, there are other facilities, such as an urgent care, to go to if one necessitates that type of care. As a medical assistant who has worked for many doctors, I can say I would not be able to fully trust a doctor with a "wham BAM thank you ma'am" approach. When it comes to issues of the spine and overall health, a great doctor will take the time to review x-rays. Also, there are other tests, aside from x-rays that were being done to Greg as well as all new patients. Powell's utilizes, new, state of the art technology. Aside from x-rays, there are Neurothermal scanning of the spine, paraspinal muscle energy readings and much more. There are many tests that the doctor needs to review before coming up with a plan of care. They typically adjust you at the next visit, so you do not have to wait long. A proper and thorough examination of myself and my family's spines is worth the short wait. Also, the knowledge and values of these doctors is a rarity. Their hearts are all in it and they have helped so many people. All of the knowledge, honesty, talent and mastering of chiropractic care that they possess is worth an hour's wait, if not more.

I went on my wife's request. She made the appointment for me. I was going for the nutrition and wellness part. I realize I am overweight, but the woman at the counter downstairs told me it was upstairs, and asked me if I could "handle" using stairs. As if that type of commentary was not enough, the girls at the counter there asked me for my paperwork. I must have asked for an extra roll from the soup nazi or something when I explained that it was the first I had heard about paperwork. No offer to let me fill it out in the waiting room, and no sincere regret that despite my 30 minute drive to get there and time off work was lost, it was all for naught. My guess is that this place is pretty busy. That's the only way i could explain treating a new patient this poorly. I have no idea if the Dr. Is any good.
