Really great service and care. One major downside, if bobbie you need a receipt to turn in for insurance they charge you $20.00.....really????? Not acceptable, will take my business and money elsewhere. Thanks

Dr. Rusty is amazing. He takes his time and does a thorough check on you before even adjusting you to make sure he knows exactly what is wrong so he doesn't miss any adjustments. I would recommend him a million times over. I have seen other Dr.'s at SouthRidge as well and they are good too.

Efficient, effective, treatment by all the staff. Dr. Chad did exactly what a chiropractor is supposed to do!!! Course not everyone likes to be kick started like an ole' Harley!!

Very disappointed today. I use Southridge Chiropractic Clinic all the time. Recommended them to several friends. Never had a problem. Always come away happy........until today. You know how you look forward to something for weeks?!? Well, went in for my massage and they didn't have me down. Not my next appointment. Probably partially my fault as I don't like doing things online and my last appointment tried to set up a couple more with the receptionist and she handed me a piece of paper and basically told me to do it myself

I have been to Dr. Tenbrock for years and she has always been excellent with my adjustments and taking care of my discomfort. My husband and I have also been taken care of by Dr. Angela Ness. We would not go to any other chiropractors as Southridge Center has always taken care of us. I always recommend this place to friends. Excellent, excellent care!!

This is by far the best chiropractic office I have been to. I recommend to all my friends. Friendly staff and doctors! They make it right the first time and say "come back when you need us". I LOVE THEM!!

I tried a couple different chiropractors in town before settling on Southridge. Another place I went seemed more interested in having me watch videos about how frequently I should have chiropractic appointments rather than providing an efficient adjustment and sending me on my way. I appreciate how quickly I can get in at Southridge when I need to and that their sole interest is helping me feel better so I can get back to life.

They are not the Chiropractors that have you coming back every week or twice a week for an adjustment. They basically tell you to come back when you need an adjustment. They have friendly staff and truly care about their patients. My family and I give them 5 stars.

They Billed me 4 different times for the same service then cause they switched out there software they were going to take me to collections over 4 dollars I didn't know i had on the account. very rude when i called in.
