Dr Carson and Dr Natalie are incredibly skilled at all areas of chiropractic care and acupuncture! I have seen Dr Carson several times for chronic neck pain as well as lower leg pain and foot pain from running. After two treatments I was able to continue my running regimen 3-4 days a week with very little pain!! INCREDIBLE!!!

Dr. Carson and Dr. Natalie Carson work with people to keep them doing what they want to do. I highly recommend them as knowledgeable, personable, and professional. My name is Suzzie Burke (age 30). I'm a graphic designer who seriously had to consider a change in career last year, not because of the economy, but because my arm and shoulder were in such pain. Every day, I would go home on lunch break and lay on ice, even with prescription pain killers. I went to multiple doctors, physical therapists, and had MRI's, but no one could find the cause of the pain. I began to wonder if it was psychological, but I was not suffering from depression or any other cause for chronic pain. I wasn't taking this pain without a fight. I just kept going to different doctors, to see if anyone could help me. I did their prescribed regiments and exercises and stretches faithfully for 8 months. When I came to Plains Chiropractic, I had a file thick with MRIs and medical records. Dr. Carson, listened to my situation, learned that I really didn't want to change careers, and would do what he could to help me. After the first appointment, he'd found the misalignment, and explained that the muscles around the area weren't strong enough to keep it in place. He gave me exercises to do as homework. I was at 80% after just 1 month of appointments. I worked at those exercises every day in between sessions, and they were hard. But, I knew Dr. Carson was on my team. Every time I went in, I saw improvements till I heard the best words ever: "I won't need to see you for another 2 months." If you are fighting pain, or are just not able to do as much as you want, try Plains Chiropractic. They'll work to get you back to your life.
