I have been going to chiropractors since I was a teenager, and they always helped temporarily. Healthsource is a cut above the rest because they offer progressive rehab--exercises, stretching, etc--to help strengthen small muscle groups so you don't get injured so easily. I have noticed a huge improvement since I started getting treated in February. I am more relaxed, don't get as many headaches, have less back pain. I can extend my torso more now, and it seems that I can stand up straighter and am taller than I used to think I was. I always feel better after my appointments. I even think my singing voice has improved. The doctors are thorough. They take X-rays and explain what they mean. The pain I'd had my whole life made sense when Dr. Jay told me what was happening with my spine. They personalize your treatment plan, too. Dr. Scott and Dr. Jay are friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home. I was starting to think I was just going to have to learn to live with some of my pain till I started going to Healthsource. I would recommend them to anyone!

I've seen very good results from HealthSource, putting an end to a history of trying chiropractors and not getting much relief. What I like is that they don't just focus on fixing symptoms, but addressing the bigger picture and getting your entire body working together as it should. I've learned exercises and things I can do at home on my own. There's no sense that they want to keep you in a never-ending cycle of visits, but that they want you to get strong and stay strong.

I began having my left shoulder take over on chest pressing exercises and have alignment issues during pull-up exercises. Dr. Scott was able to diagnose me with weak rhomboids and prescribe a mobility and strength program which has helped dramatically in a short period of time. I like this clinic for the fact that the doctor chooses to educate his patients. He is very upfront and honest about the practice, as far as to what will help and what will not. My visit here was very informative, educational, and practically painless. He didn’t seem like a doctor that wanted to put me on a “cracking regimen” three times a week, instead was more interested in my actual rehabilitation. I would reccomend him to those that want preventative in the pain progressions.

Carlyle is a thoughtful back doc. He not only takes the time to do the adjustment, but he also addresses other issues, such as muscle tightness in the affected area. On occasion when I have not been 100% satisfied, I looked in the mirror and discovered the culprit.

Everything seems to be helping tremendously. I have never had exercises to do after I have was done getting adjusted, but doctor Scott explained to me how and why we do them.
