This was my first visit and I found the staff very courteous and helpful and their intake forms were short and simple. Dr Robacher was very pleasant. He explained to me what to expect and performed an extraordinarily complete examination until he found the apparent causative condition of my intense pain and discomfort. Dr Robacher then took the time to double check his diagnosis with different tests and proved his original diagnosis. I was more than pleasantly impressed by his thoroughness and although I will need extended self exercises and stretches he clearly demonstrated, if only with a mild relief for a few minutes, how those exercises will be effective. Thank you Dr Robacher.

A complaint had to be filed against them with HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES and the OFFICE FOR CIVIL RIGHTS. THEY WILL DENY YOU SERVICES based on willful ignorance of HIPAA LAW! Even when you are in PAIN!

Absolutely wonderful place, Dr. Falcon is amazing. I will never go anywhere else. Staff is knowledgeable about insurance claim needs, and scheduling an appointment is quick and painless; can usually be seen same day.

Excellent staff located in a very nice facility, I have been adjusted there many times always have found them to be the best in Minot and probably in this area. I have been able to request an appointment and get in the same day. They have a range of top quality supplements and healthcare products. I highly recommend this place to anyone with back, neck or joint pain issues.
