Took the time to provide relief that couldn't be found by initially visiting a traditional and local "Fast" clinic in Concord - won't make that mistake again. Dr. Ashley is fantastic! I moved to Charlotte a year ago and was really nervous about having to find a new chiropractor but read some great reviews about QC and decided to give it a try. From the minute I got there I was greeted warmly and treated like a person, not just another patient. Highly recommended! I was involved in an accident while leaving my doctors office and being cleared of a major diagnosis, which involved 1 and 1/2 years of constant appointments, medicines and treatments. Needless to say, the thought of MORE doctor's visits was not a option. A few days after attempting to push through aches and pains, Queen City was referred to me by a family member. This was a great decision. From the time I entered the office, it was a relaxing, soothing and friendly environment. Everything was explained in detailed. Every visit, minus the discomfort, never felt like a regular doctor's visit. Dr. Ashley was very attentive and interested in what was going on with me as person, not just as a patient. There were times when there was discomfort, I was able to call and get worked in without a scheduled appointment. Even then, the wait was not long. Dr. Chad, Dr. Ashley's partner, did not hesitate to assist me with my discomfort, during Dr. Ashley's absence. Added Bonus: Beautiful Spirited Crissy was always at the front desk to greet with a warm friendly smile, making each time you visit, feel like it was your first time!! I passed several chiropractic offices on my way to Queen City, but will say this office is well worth the drive!

Dr. Chad Robertson is a fantastic Chiropractor. I did not have what I would consider a traditional chiropractor issue with back or neck pain, but I was willing to try anything. I recently started running and developed a severe case of planters fasciitis in my foot and it got to the point that I could barely walk or get out of bed. Not only am I back to running every week, but I feel like a whole new person. I have followed his instructions and recommended visits and that issue is a thing of the past. Not only has he helped me with my planters fasciitis, but I also pulled a quad working out and he is helping me with that issue as well. They are very reasonable and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this practice.

Great experience with Queen City Chiropractic. When I first started going, my shoulders were really tight and painful. After seeing Dr Ashley for the past 5 months, I literally feel like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. The new flexion table that they have does wonders for stretching before treatment also. If you're looking for the best chiropractor in the area. You found it at Queen City Chiropractic with Chad and Ashley. Today was only my 2nd visit, but everyone at the office has been amazing. From setting up the appointment, the initial consultation, and therapy. They really treat you like a human being and not another medical claim number. They take the time to get to know you, your daily life and routine and what you need to get you on a path to recovery. 110% patient focused. I highly RECOMMEND trying the CBD products in addition to therapy. It's been extremely helpful in managing my aches, pains, and discomforts between visits. The tinctures (sublingual drops) have helped with my internal issues like IBS, acid reflux, migraines, etc. and the massage lotion for my deep neck and back aches, and migraines). The staff is happy to go over what will work best fo you if you're interested in giving them a try.

I could barely walk going in and I feel So so much better already. Very sweet yet professional people. I suffered back pain and migraine headaches for over 20 years. I was 37 weeks pregnant when I was in a bad car accident in 2014 and was referred to Dr. Ashley. She treated me before and after the baby was born. I was in horrible pain and could hardly take care of the baby, but Dr. Ashely is amazing. I have been to chiropractors before, but she is the first one who actually helped me and relieved my pain. The neck and back pain and headaches I suffered for so long are no longer there. I have since recommended her to 8 of my friends and they all see her. The office is very relaxing and comfortable. I like the light scent and relaxing sounds played during my therapy. I would never go to anyone else. I have been in two more accidents since the first one and always go to see her. I also see her for adjustments when my back or neck start feeling sore. Being a patient on any level is one of the most vaulnerbale positions you may ever find yourself in. Couple the fear of permanent damaged with crumpling pain and you have a perfect disaster. Dr. Chad, Chrissy, and Dr. Ashley made the awful experience of being in an accident the best patient care experience I have ever had. They were attentive to my needs. Each visit Dr.chad made me feel like I was his only patient, even though I know I wasn’t, he never rushed my treatment and he took time out to explain everything I was going through and exactly what I needed to do to feel better. Chrissy, the chiropractic assistant, is great. She’s always upbeat and she checked on me frequently during each treatment to make sure I was ok. And if nothing else brings you there, the convience of it all should. They made it easy for me to come in whenever I could. They worked around my school and work schedule. It was the best treatment I could ask for. I went in barely being able to walk and I’m right back to working out. Of course each medical experience is different but if there’s someone competing they are the team to beat. No one ever plans an accident or an injury but if you need it THEY ARE HANDS DOWN THE PLACE TO GO. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

I recently experienced the benefits of Chiro. care during my 2nd pregnancy and it was a huge benefit to not only keeping my body in tip top shape during the pregnancy but also I believe played a big part in having a successfully short and easy birth experience. I did not incorporate chiro. care with my 1st pregnancy and I can see what a difference this made for the second go around. Many women do not even realize that they can safely enjoy the benefits of chiro. care during their pregnancies and are missing out on a wonderful way to keep their bodies aligned and in great condition before, during, and after birth.
