I have been very skeptic visiting a chiropractor, but after being in pain for a year and Lakeside Sports Chiropractic being highly recommended to me, I gave them a try. From the first visit I felt comfortable and felt like Dr. Jen Lidstrom was taking her time and not rush. She explained my diagnosis and treatment thoroughly. I have been visiting her now for 2 months and I can feel great improvement in my shoulder. The office is clean and the entire staff is awesome! Thank you so much for getting me better! I would highly recommend ( and already have!) Lakeside Sports Chiropractic to anyone!

A friend recommended Lakeside Sports Chiropractic to me so I figured why not try. I've never been more grateful! Dr. Jen and her staff have helped me tremendously with relieving the pain in my back! I've had adjustments, therapy and now dry needling, which has made a huge difference! Not only have they helped me with my back, they've also helped me with a sinus infection!! I struggled for along time with lower back pain. Dr. Jenn listened to my concerns and developed a plan to rid my back pain from supplements, deep tissue massage to chiropractic care. Finally, today---I am free and clear of my lower back issues. I highly recommend but you have to listen!

AMAZING AMAZIMG AMAZING! From the second you walk in the door till the time you leave you are treated like you are the only patient they have. Very very thorough! I have been going to chiropractors for over 3 years and kept feeling like nothing was getting better permanently. Come to find out there was a reason why. Dr. Lidstrom is AMAXING! She found my issues and made a plan for me to fix the way my body feels. Because doing the same things over and over for years wasnt fixing the problem long term. It was a shirt term fix. I would feel grate for a few days and back again I'd have to go to the chiropractor. Can not wait to see how I feel and the end of this. So thankful I have found them! Everyone in this office is wonderful!

Finding Dr. Jen and her staff has been a huge blessing to me and my body. I was in pain for so long and wasn't getting the treatment I needed. From the first phone call from the secretary to make my first appointment to the assistants helping with treatment to Dr. Jen herself, I felt very welcome and appreciated. I knew from day one that I would begin to heal, and looking back to when I first started, I feel so much better and different. They give you advice on how to recover and build your body back up again outside of the office, and they are always super accommodating to your schedule. So many services are offered, and it is a state of the art facility. I completely trust the team, and they are always willing to answer questions. I bought a pillow from them, and am considering orthotics as well.I consider everyone there a friend and always look forward to the next time I go!
