I received treatment for several weeks at the Keith Clinic (Sugar Creek), due to a car accident. My experience was nothing but positive. I worked mainly with Dr. Nick Chappel, who is extremely knowledgable and catered to my needs. Some days, I would receive treatment from the other doctors and they were able to pick right up from where we left off the last visit. All of the nurses are extremely pleasant and helpful as well. I can honestly say my pain has reduced extremely due to the treatment of the doctors and nurses. Even though my treatment is over, I definitely plan on revisiting for Wellness Treatment.

He genuinely cares for his patients, and his office staff is always pleasant and welcoming. I had a great experience at the Keith Clinic with "Dr. Nick" and the very nice staff. I was recommended by a friend there and it was not the closest chiropractor to my house. It was as good as my friend said and better. Not only did Dr. Nick help with the immediate issue of back and neck inflammation, he gave me ideas to improve how I sit at my desk and look at my monitors, what kind of easy exercises to use at the gym (when I ever go) as well as things to do around the house to prevent reoccurance. Funny thing is, after one week of treatment I don't have to go back, so my goal was met. They must lose money by being so good. I'll probably go back anytime i feel back or neck pain coming on rather than it be too late. Highly recommend Dr. Nick and the very friendly staff.

However as of today, a 5 star rating of the Sugar Creek Keith Clinic is not enough stars for the exceptional services that my 9 year old & I have received! My car accident was devastating. This was my 1st time as an adult being involved in any type of vehicular collision and with my son in the back seat of us being rear ended, I've been shaken up ever since. Starting off at another shady chiropractor that was recommended to me, i decided to leave them & go to Keith Clinic based off two recommendations. Keith Clinic happily took us in even though we had started treatment elsewhere. We've felt welcomed since day one. There was an immediate difference in the facilities. Starting off with the cleanliness, organization, and pleasantness of the staff. I also noticed the little things they did made a huge difference, like sanitizing the electrical pads in front of me. Which I'd like to add are always warm when applied. If they aren't warm, they immediately apologize & explain the reason, such as them being freshly cleaned. I mean WOW! Who would've thought that small thing would've made such a BIG difference in treatment? I love it! The ladies at the front desk are always smiling, pleasant, & happy to reschedule if needed. The staff in back are always just as nice! Always cheerful & seem genuinely delighted to see us patients. I love that we can chit chat like "friends" & its not awkward. Still not taking too much of your time & you're in & out in no time at all. Tameka, the massage therapist, her massages are remarkable. She's so kindhearted & thoughtful. Issac took his time & explained everything to my son & I from A to Z. He treated us as if it were our 1st time ever being treated which I appreciated so much. Especially coming from such a horrible clinic beforehand. Dr. Nick Chappel always explains everything in detail to you before he does it. Even to my 9 year old! With my unique situation dealing with the shady clinic prior, Dr. Nick went out of his way to make sure we were treated with respect, & provided phenomenal care to us. He even went out of his way to help me with things dealing with my car accident, even though he didn't have to. Lastly, he's now one of my son's favorite people because of the pizza & burger recommendations each visit. My son looks forward to hearing about a new place to dine from Dr. Nick. I could go on for another 20 minutes, but I'll spare you! Overall, if your looking for a professional, clean, & friendly chiropractic clinic, Keith Clinic on Sugar Creek is the way to go!

I was being treated for my neck and back due to a car accident and when I was being treated all they did for me if you put electricity on one neck and put a warm pad on my shoulders all he did was repeat the cycle for the last past 3 weeks and I was going 3 times a day the people there was very nice very polite but they practice there was sucks they could have had did more for me when I requested something extra for me that I feel comfortable with they told me my accident insurance only cover just to let electricity a heating pad only I think they should have had gave me the full service that I deserve because I'm paying a lot of money to these people through my insurance claim now just for the electricity and the heating pad treatment they charge me almost $1,700 I think that is a rip off I would not recommend this place because they could have had did more for me but now I am stuck with this large bill. electricity stimulator I could have paid for an Amazon for about a hundred bucks and a heating pad that cost 70 to 100 bucks that is just my opinion..... I hope they would treat the next customer way better than they did me far as treatment but they personality they was excellent. PS if you are going to the chiropractor for a accident case don't expect a lot of treatment from them because they would tell you that's all your accident case covers if you could get more treatment than what I specified you are a lucky client.

I'm a repeat customer. I returned for what I thought would be a routine session as I have a stiff neck from sleeping on it wrong. All in all, my neck feels NO better, I paid DOUBLE my normal charge and I feel like the entire situation was very disorganized and/or shady. While I did not have an issue with the Doctor. When i went to pay, it was double my normal bill. I asked why and they hesitated to give me a solid answer but I needed to get back to work so I just asked for my receipt expecting to review it later. It was hand written a little "cash receipt" that only had the date and total. They also forgot to give me my driver's license back. When I returned to pick up my DL hours later, I asked again why I had been charged double and they sat me in a room waiting for an explanation. A nurse I had never seen before came in with a sticky note with handwritten pricing on it explaining to me that I actually received a 30% discount. When I explained that today's session was no different than any previous session, she said the other doctor must have been giving me "comped or free" services. I'm far from cheap and I rarely complain about cost but the whole thing seemed shady. Why couldn't I get an Itemized printed receipt the first time I left? I know all the info is in their computer as they had to pull it to explain to me the charges. Why did she bring it in on a sticky note? why didn't anyone tell me there would be a cost difference before the session began? It was far better when Dr. Chad was still practicing. At least then I never even questioned cost as it was always explained beforehand and the results were always up to par. A year ago I would've recommended this place to all my friends. Sadly, After today I won't be returning there and wouldn't recommend anybody else does either. Here is a photo of the receipt I was given at the register. Would you go to this Chiropractor? Where's the professional paperwork? I'm sure they give these same receipts to insurance companies as well right?

I've had lower back pain for years and I would normally go to the doctor once I'm in severe pain. I first saw Dr. Chad in early 2015 while experiencing severe lower back pain. He made adjustments and provided some stimulation therapy which quickly begun to relieve the pain. On a scale of 1 - 10 with 10 being the most severe pain, my pain moved from 9 to 2 after three visits. After many years of on and off lower back pain, I now schedule periodic therapy and it has tremendously helped me and I recommend Dr. Chad to anyone experiencing lower back pain.

I have been coming to the Keith Clinic for about a month since I was rear ended on my way to work. Having never used a chiropractor prior to coming to the Keith Clinic, I was a little unsure of how the process would go. Dr. Cole has been very thorough in explaining every step of the process and has really focused on treating my back and neck pains so that I can get back to my normal activities. Keith clinic practice is a wonderful place. I really enjoyed my treatment with the practice. I came into the clinic with Whiplash neck, back, shoulders etc was bothering me to the max. After my daughter got into an accident, these people came knocking on our door. They said that they were sent by the emergency room department and if she comes she can get treated to their facility. They even have a car that will pick you up. I don’t know but this is highly suspicious. They told me that they are affiliated with Starmount Health and if I go there, it will be better for my case. They even recommended a lawyer for me that we should call if my daughter wants to pursue a case. Is this even legal? They actually removed my daughter’s review on their website. I need to further investigate. I received a letter that if something like these happen, call a certain number. I might need to call it and report!
