Dr Nick offers flexible scheduling, and has never refused to work me in if I had an extreme flair up between appointments. You may crawl in but should leave a new person, essentially, provided you follow the advice given.

Dr Ferez is always kind, caring, upbeat, friendly, and patient. I’m a longtime patient, and I’ve benefitted greatly from the regular, consistent treatment I’ve received from him. My neck pain has gone way down, I can now drive 7 hours without neck pain, and the range my neck is able to turn and twist is great. It’s nice to be able to twist all the way around when pulling out of parking spots! My neck is much freer, and my back feels good. Appointments and scheduling are easy, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Dr. Nick came recommended from a Neuro surgeon in Raleigh. He was my last alternative before surgery for a herniated disc. Through a combination of adjustments, treatments and acupuncture I was pain free in 3 weeks. That was 6 years ago. I am a runner now and have been going back once a month for an adjustment. He is a fine man and cares about his patients. Could not give a higher recommendation.

I really like to give credit where credit is due and Dr. Ferez has been a blessing for me. I am 71 years old with arthritis in the neck, back, right hip plus sciatica nerve pain. I have made several visits to the Orthopedic doctors plus physical therapy. While I believe they did help me some, I was still in a lot of pain which resulted in difficulty walking or riding long distances. After about two months with Dr. Ferez, I have very little pain as compared to when I started seeing him. That is a blessing. Truthfully, my Sciatica nerve will still occasionally give me a jolt down my right leg, but for now it's manageable. Dr. Ferez and his staff are excellent.

I was in extreme pain from a migraine and was able to get worked in at the last minute. Most offices do not try to accommodate new patients this way. They went beyond great customer service. Dr Ferez was polite and very knowledgeable. I was not 100% better but I was able to function the rest of my day after therapy. If you have migraines, you know that this was a huge step in feeling somewhat normal. He suggested a treatment plan and was not pushy about them. I will continue my therapy here at his office.

With their technique and combination of adjustments and acupuncture, my pain is now much more manageable than any prior attempts by other firms through the past many years. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Ferez and his staff. He continues to provide excellent treatment, including acupuncture, TENS therapy, and chiropractic adjustments to treat migraine headaches and saw me through my entire pregnancy. I had horrible sciatic nerve pain in my third trimester and following childbirth and he helped me recover from that. When my baby was born he and his staff gave me a children’s book for my son and they all personally signed it! In addition to being incredibly kind and extremely competent at his job, he also supports veterans and is involved in many other philanthropic causes in the community. As a disabled Army veteran, I am very grateful to him for his generosity. His staff are also great!! They are always respectful and greet patients cheerfully. They go above and beyond to be helpful. For instance, they told me to call when I pull into the parking lot so they can meet me at the door and let me in (because they saw I had my hands full with my baby and struggled to get in the door)! Dr Ferez does acupuncture to help alleviate sinus and allergy issues and he also does little adjustments on my baby, who has benefited from his care. I highly recommend Dr Ferez! If you have any issues with pain, headaches, sinusitis/allergies, or are expecting a baby... give him a call!!!
