Dr. Shane Cobb has been my chiropractor since he began his career in the field. Dr. Cobb truly listens and makes decisions about one's care very carefully. The staff have been a blessing to me in more ways than one. After my accident I felt like family. They made sure had a back up way to receive my treatments if i was unable to drive. They taught me extra stretches to help with healing. I love how they are able work around my returning to work schedule. Every time walk in the staff is warm, welcoming & concern with how im doing. I have sleep better than I ever have, less pain, more energy even after the accident. I know where I will be coming to just get an alignment and you should too! Thank You all. I got into a car accident two months ago that has left me with multiple neck and lower back injuries, and although they are not gone, I can tell a major difference after my daily visits! Called at 2:45 on Friday because I was in a car accident and needed some more info regarding the process. I was asked for my contact information and at first it didn’t occur to me why they were asking. Then when asked when they should call me I said after 4pm today because that’s when I would be off work. I was told it wouldn’t be today because “we close early on fridays”. That leaves a couple follow up questions for me: why do your hours say that you close at 6pm on Friday if that’s not the case? Do you think it’s ok to waste someone’s time on the phone if you have already decided you’re not treating patients after 3pm or so that day? I’ll remove this review when you accurately reflect your patient care hours.
