I was visiting Alamogordo for a couple of days and had bad back pain - Michael Precure was kind enough to fit me in at short notice - can’t tell you how grateful I was. The staff were all very friendly and efficient and the treatment very thorough and wonderful! Back and neck treatments were both successful and I didn’t need to go back. Highly recommended.

I am very impressed with the service. All of the staff are cheerful and professional. Gaby paid great attention to detail when providing therapy on my neck, Dr. Carson had great insight, and the admin/insurance staff were all awesome. Would definitely recommend.

They took my referral saying they accepted presbyterian but left out the fact that they don't accept presbyterian centennial They didn't realize this when I appeared to the appointment and presented them with my insurance ID they saw me took xrays then the doctor asked what insurance I have. Then I was briskly rushed out of the exam room and kicked out. Then they called me back for a follow up saying they will go over the xrays for free then we can discuss payment. I went in and nope first thing they mention is where is my money. So I put my foot down. They ended up giving my xrays to me on a disk Il have a private entity go over them for me but as for them hopefully they learn from their simple observatory mistake. They did do something to sorta make it up but still one star for flubbing my health.

Very personable! My wife and I have been to other chiropractors that only made the same adjustments to stop the pain/discomfort instead of actually fix the spinal issue so you only need minor adjustments a couple times a year instead of a couple times a month. Precure is very thorough in exams/X-rays to provide a get well plan to fix the injuries. VERY happy with their work!
