Great experience with both the chiropractic work as well as the rehab that was tied in with my treatment plan. Got my back into working condition again. The reason I am docking though is because I have had the absolute WORST time getting updates on my account. The lack of transparency on money owed is absolutely atrocious. How difficult is it to look up an account and tell the person how much they still owe on that account???

I'm thankful for the treatment they provided my husband to getting him back on his feet. Although, the girls in reception never knew what to charge because they never called my insurance. Each visit, I asked if they contacted my insurance and they always said no, so they were charging a made up amount for the copay each time. My husband's last visit before a recovery plan was put into place was less than inspiring. We finally received the EOB from our insurance stating an allowed amount we were to be charged which was a lesser amount than what they charged. We kept calling to speak to someone in billing and each time I left a message for someone to contact us and they never did. Six months later they finally issued a refund for over billing.

Had high hopes for this place as it was highly recommended by a good friend. The paperwork is long and repetitive, the receptionist seemed lost confused and somewhat rude. At first I felt comforted by the fact that they took x-rays but after my adjustment I felt like I was in more pain than I was when I had came in. The patient coordinator tried to come up with some sort of "treatment plan" which was ridiculously expensive and I almost felt like I was being pressured by a car salesman. I would rather stick to my regular chiropractor who doesn't try to guilt trip me.

Super sweet staff, very kind. The one thing I was disappointed in is not knowing what kind of bill I would be slapped with as they can only bill one of our three insurances, so I left with a large unexpected expense that day. I would have liked to have known before what it would cost me so I could plan for it. But everyone was so kind to work us in and help us through the process.

I have had back problems so we might cast accident in 2000. I have had a hard time finding a way to relieve the pain. But Dr. Austin and the whole group of team made a treatment plan. And it helped so much. Also everyone is so nice and dedicated to their patients. I recommend any who needs help with pain and/or discomfort, from a little bit to a lot of pain/discomfort.

Dr. Ed is great, the rehab coaches and the nurse practitioner are all great. The front desk however doesn't have it together, and that's the reason I'm docking it down from what would otherwise be a 5 start experience. Whenever I have to reschedule an appointment, what I reschedule to verbally on the phone with the front desk never matches what they enter in their computer, which results in me showing up and being told I'm not scheduled, showing up to find out only one of 2 treatments I was to receive that day was rescheduled, or getting phone calls informing me I missed an appointment after I called to reschedule said appointments. This morning I found out I was scheduled for a treatment I was not informed about. The doctors and staff all seem to be aware of the scheduling issues with the front desk. I tried to discuss these issues with the front desk lady this morning and she did not seem to be the least bit concerned about my complaint or correcting the issues. The ladies up front tend to just completely ignore you while you stand there waiting to speak with them, staring at their computers instead of acknowledging you. I have experienced long waits when the place is not very busy, only to have Dr Ed come out and tell the front desk that he's has no patients and they should have sent me in. I appreciate Dr Ed rescuing me from the waiting room, but given this has happened more than once, it makes me feel like the front desk is totally disorganized, or has no idea what they are doing. Seems like they need better training or to hire better people.

Fixed My Mid Back Pain! I went to see Dr. Todd Pickman for a an injury I suffered from years ago at the gym. For years I would suffer from mid back pain. It would get so bad that I would have trouble bending forward or taking deep breaths! With-in a few treatments I was feeling incredible. I can now enjoy doing normal things, like lifting my son without pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Pickman. The Best Chiropractor In Albuquerque!

Paperwork is long and repetitive, reception was not friendly, waited FOREVER! Didn't know until after my visit my insurance wasn't going to cover my x-ray. And I feel like I'm in more pain than what I was when I first went in :*(

The Dr.'s, receptionist, and physical therapists were awesome and very nice. However, I feel that I was somewhat pressured into a regimen plan that I really didn't need - but I signed up because I was made to believe I truly NEEDED it. Well, my career got really demanding and after about 1-2 months of treatments, I had to cancel. I tried to cancel this "plan" since December 2017 and had no luck. I kept leaving messages and only received a few voicemails returning my call after several attempts on my part - their return of phone calls is not prompt at all. Then, when I finally got a hold of someone (today 4/23/18), they falsified my record/account by indicating that I had received several more treatments than what I actually did receive. I immediately disputed this, and as a result, an audit was conducted on my account - only after I got very upset and was adamant that I did NOT receive all the treatment they originally said I did. The audit on my account concluded that I was CORRECT and they had to adjust my account accurately and then, and ONLY then, did they agree to cancel my auto-payments. I will never recommend this practice to any friends or family ever again because of the lack of attention to customer needs, their lack in response time to customer inquiries, their falsification/documentation of the services I received, and their inadequate recommendations for rehabilitation when it's not indeed needed (upselling for no reason in my opinion).

This place is heavenly. The staff are the sweetest. Dr Austin is personable and extremely professional. He’s VERY knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. The distance from my house is my only qualm, but it’s totally worth it. You’d be silly not to go here.
