Dr Perlstein is the best! Both in professional skill and service. I'm new to Santa Fe and will be establishing new professional relationships but hadn't gotten that far yet until the literal "pain in my neck" caused me to search for a chiropractor in town. Last night I sent an email from their website and this morning I was called bright and early, he saw me at 11 and by 1 p.m. my pain was vastly improved!!! He was very helpful on the phone telling me how I could complete the new patient paperwork and email it back before my appt and he had confirmed my insurance before I got there so all went very smoothly. I'm heading back tomorrow for a massage and another adjustment. I expect to be up and running at full speed soon thanks to Dr. Perlstein. He definitely gets 5 Stars in my book!

I have had hip pain on and off for years. Previously, I would go to the chiro, get an adjustment, and feel better immediately. As the years have passed, the "immediately" part left the equation! Dr. Perlstein has been amazing. Friendly, patient, informative...he takes the time to find out how you're doing, and to assess and reassess the treatments he provides. Dr. Perlstein is a great practitioner! His office is orderly and efficient and his treatments are effective. I have received treatments from him for motor vehicle collision-related injuries, pregnancy and basic physical health maintenance. I highly recommended him, not only because of his easy-going and friendly personality, but most importantly because of his extensive experience. His honesty is refreshing. He cares about your health just as much as you do and provides treatment based on necessity. It may sound a bit crazy (or not), but Dr. Perlstein has helped me with chronic constipation that has lasted for nearly a decade! I have gone to other chiropractors before, but with little to no help for either my constipation or spine issues. Dr. Perlstein has helped to a high degree with both. He takes his time and speaks to you about your health issues. He listens, is not judgemental and gets a full understanding before giving care. Also, he is gentle and makes you feel comfortable during your session. In the past I have had chiropractors wrench on my body, which is not a good feeling. Dr. Perlstein's prolotherapy injections gave me unprecedented relief of my low back pain caused by severe degenerative disc disease.Once I saw the benefits of prolotherapy on my back, I asked him to help me with prolotherapy injections in my painful neck and scapula, and also along the base of my skull where my migraines originate. I had no idea that prolotherapy could be so immediately beneficial, and with extremely little discomfort. I am a big baby when it comes to needles and pain, but the prolotherapy injections are just tiny little pinpricks, and far less painful than back pain or a migraine, I assure you, If you suffer from low back pain, or really anything, I hope you will consider Dr. Perlstein's prolotherapy. My insurance covered it, and when I return to Santa Fe this summer, I'm going to have him work on my plantar fasciitis!

I was skeptical about chiropractic care and a little nervous, but I had injured my back - "thrown it out" - and was unable to move and perform my daily activities (caring for two young children and a 6 month old) so I was desperate. Dr. Perlstein was very honest and set realistic expectations. My results were incredible. I was able to move around and my back straightened out significantly after the first visit. I am travelling the world and after a few months of sitting in cars/airplanes and sleeping in so many places, my back just felt off/stuck and painful. I googled and saw so many positive reviews, so though it not to be too risky to just go and walk in at a chiro I don't know. I emailed and explained my situation and got a prompt reply from dr.
