I have been seeing Windy for several years now and can say without any hesitation how much she has helped me. Her ability to listen and then apply her knowledge of chiropractic skills always corrects my problem. The office and staff also reflect her caring and upbeat attitude and everyone there is always ready with a smile. A true Santa Fe atmosphere!

Windy is kind and professional. She has an adjustment table that takes the pressure out of the spinal adjustments, which is nice in my opinion. My most recent set of visits to her office did not correct my neck ailment that I had been seeing her for three months to fix. I happened to go to a drop in "by donation" event held by a different chiropractor in espanola while I was receiving treatment from Windy. The visit to the other chiropractor set my neck right in one visit, whereas i had been visiting Windy for previous three months to try and amend the neck pain I experienced.

While Dr. Carter is certainly a nice and upbeat person, she did not impress me with her skills. I've used chiropractic care for more than 30 years but since I am new to the area, I've been searching for a good chiropractor. I had a specific, hurting back problem. Dr. Carter's staff zipped (I mean all was incredibly fast and zippy) through the process of checking me in. Dr. Carter quickly put me through several range of motion movements, rattling off numbers/percentages to her assistant. When we finally got to adjusting me, Dr. Carter used her drop table to go up/down my front and back. At no time did she ever touch the spot where I was having such a problem, even though I told her that was the reason I came. She told me I had "a lot going on" though she never elaborated. But she did want me to come in weekly until such time I might be able to get away with monthly. Needless to say, my back is still hurting and I will not be going back.

Her massage therapists are excellent at what they do and are very thorough and caring too. Marie at the front desk is energetic and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Carter has a great team. The receptionist is extremely rude and has no customer service. She will also not call you back when she says she will with important information. I spoke to Windy Carter who also has no regard for her clients. Im glad I found out how they treat people before ever letting them work on my neck issue. I will stay clear of this place and suggest you do the same. Bad bad customer service!!! Beware!
