This was my first visit today and all my fears of chiropractics is now diminished. First was when I called to see if they could see me today. They could and Emily was very nice on the phone and when I came in. Dr Vanderloop helped also by relaxing me with his questions and listening to my pain situation. When I when in, I was in a lot of pain and my body was very stiff. When I left, no more extreme pain and my body feels more balanced and I have more maneuverability. I need a few more sessions but I am very happy with my first results. I will recommend to my friends.

Waoooo, I am a convert, and I recommend this practice to everyone. I fell in October 2018, and I suffered spinal fracture (L5) Being a registered nurse I was reluctant to try Chiropractic treatment but I finally did. I am glad and very impressed with the level of care that I received from CareMore Rio Rancho! Valerie has been so good to me during each visit, she is pleasant and shows concer as she assisted me through my treatment. And Dr Tim is awesome, he is highly skilled, and the Manipulation part of my treatment is quite effective! I am so grateful. I made an appointment the day prior to going in for my 1st time after seeing reviews and was advised they were running a promotion for $88 for the 1st session. My appt was at 5:15 and I wasn't seen until after 6. He said he had to go pick up his car. The chiropractor cracked my back by twisting me both ways and sent me on my way. This was about 4 minutes.H was very rushed and I don't feel I got the attention I needed for my issues. When it came to paying, I was advised it would be 120 something and I advised that wasn't was I was told when I made the appointment. I got questioned by the Dr for a couple minutes about who I spoke to and what time I called before he realized there was a special and then corrected it. The whole experience was subpar and I'll go elsewhere next time. The reason for the 2 stars is the receptionist was was really nice and she was cute.

I was disappointed ! What made me consider this place is the excellent rating it has. The staff were friendly but did not explain the types of treatments that I will receive. They sent me to two different treatment rooms where I received different kinds of massages. I was then sent to meet the Chiropractor for adjustment. He did not give me enough attention and no adjustments were made. I still have similar level of pain. They also charged me around 92 dollars, and I was only explained my coinsurance charges at the very last step. I was also asked to come tomorrow for cheaper price and adjustment !!!

I began treatments from Dr. James Vanderloop approximately a month ago initially for my lower back pain. During my first treatment, we discussed my complete symptoms. I explained to Dr. Vanderloop that I experienced a Stroke three years ago and have been dealing with Parkinson's Disease for around 9 to 10 years. He explained to me the "Neurological Relief Technique" and proceeded to apply this technique during my treatments. In this short time of treatments. Dr. Vanderloop has effectively improved my gait and has all but eliminated the need for daily pain medication associated with all my symptoms. Over the last three years, traditional medical treatments with a literal cost of tens of thousands of dollars by my Health Insurance Providers, as well as some considerable co-pays, were unable to accomplish what Dr Vanderloop has managed to produce in a month. I could not be more pleased with the results by Dr. Vanderloop along with his general health suggestions showing a genuine interest in my improved health. The entire staff at this Caremore location is very supportive. Going forward, I expect even more improvements. Thank you Caremore and especially Dr Vanderloop.

I was in a car accident in 2006. I had been suffering with neck and back pain since the accident. I have constantly gone to my PCP and was prescribed muscle relaxers and strong pain meds. I couldn't exercisr for more than 15 min otherwise my back would give out of become numb. Will I learned to deal with the uncomfortableness of my back and neck issues. I recently had my first adjustment by Dr. Vanderloop. My first adjustment :) . I was scared about everything lol but After I felt amazing. I felt awesome. I went to the gym for lunch and I worked out for 45 min without pain or discomfort. I was amazed. And my energy level was fantastic as well. I wasn't tired anymore, I am able to run, I am able to exercise, I am able to keep up with my kids at the park! Thank you Dr. Vanderloop for helping me become the person I was before the accident!

About a month ago I had a flare up of sciatica pain so severe that I called the emergency line at CareMore. Dr. Vanderloop was on call that Sunday and he met me at the office that evening. The pain was very severe and I could hardly walk. After treating me and giving me some care instructions I was able to walk to my vehicle. I have been under Dr. Van's care for a month now and everyday sees improvement. He has also counseled me on dietary and exercise habits.
