Mecca has been my saving grace over the past few months! I have not seen a chiropractor in many years. Recently I began to have some pain in my neck and shoulders so I went to MEC*CA based on a friends referral. From the moment you walk in the staff is very friendly and helpful. The treatment is nothing like I expected. No "cracking" or feeling like my head was going to be ripped off at the neck. I felt like I was at NASA the machines were so advanced. The difference was almost immediate and remarkable. They were very patient and always talked through what they were going to do and why. The doctors and techs were wonderful. It has been a great experience and I would recommend their treatment to anyone in need or looking for periodic maintenance of their body.

Everyone works together as a team to evaluate and create a treatment plan for your specific needs. They use a gentle approach when needed and more aggressive treatment when/if requested. Plus they work to give you tools to help you help yourself at home, work and play. They truly want you to be the best version of you that you can be! I’ve been to several chiropractic practitioners in my life and I love that at Mecca Medical I get everything I need and with available hours 6 days a week! I had made a appointment with Jeff ARIOLA L.A. C " ACCUPUNCTURIST" on Tuesday for neck pain that I have had for sometime, it was somewhat debilitating were I could not sleep for months. My sister had advised me to try Jeff, after the counsel , I wanted to give it a try. I have been doing acupuncture for years with some result, However after my treatment the first time in years I felt 'NO PAIN' I actually slept all night and when I woke up this morning to give the review , I cannot believe that my neck is still pain free. My husband called this morning to tell me that whatever Jeff did was a answer to all my pain. I will continue to treat with Jeff, He is very experienced in his field, and very professional. I actually had a good cry that I had a restful night, without moving around 100 times. I highly recommend Jeff, He is my hero. I cannot say enough about his expertise in his field.

Where have you been my whole life? After years of suffering with excruciating lower back pain and trying numerous medical procedures, I decided to give Mecca Integrated Medical Center. After one visit the pain was gone! I am so excited about the relief I finally feel! The staff is amazing! As soon as you walk in the front door the center is warm and inviting. The receptionists greet you with a smile and they care about you! The exercise room is filled with the latest and greatest equipment! Never having chiropractic treatment or physical therapy before, I was amazed at how painless the procedures are. I do not normally write reviews, but I can not say enough good things about Dr. "Mike" and ALL of the staff members at Mecca Integrated Medical. Everyone is professional and welcoming. The facility is top notch and one of the cleanest offices I have ever been in. After years of pain, and no success at other Chiropractor's offices, I am finally getting relief after several visits with Dr. Mike, Dr. Marina and Acupuncturist Jeff. They even make my 2 year old daughter feel at home when she tags along with me for my visits. I highly recommend them.

symptoms tight left rhomboid, shoulder pain down the outside of my left arm down to my pinkie. Twitching/spasm of my left tricep and left pectorail. Pain level was 8/10 with 3-4 hours of sleep per night. The pain was so intense that I believed the only remedy was going to involve surgery. diagnosis MRI: “c6-c7moderate size left subarticular and foraminal disc protrusion associated with mild left uncovertebral hypertrophy. The protrusion causing moderate left foraminal narrowing and moderate left lateral recess stenosis.” (disc is pushing on a nerve in the spine.) The amazing and professional TEAM at Mecca was able to take me from a state of being in pain trying to lie down, to back into training for events in about 5 weeks. The visits were 3x per week which included: decompression, slight chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy exercises, and usually concluded with ice and e-stem. Home therapy included basic movements/stretches and ice. After five weeks I was able to walk 18 miles with a 30 pound backpack; all the way from struggling to get in and out of bed. Can’t recommend the great TEAM at Mecca enough!

Their high technology and numerous pieces of equipment can help heal injuries and have you feeling better before you walk out of the office.
