I first went to Dr Melissa when I was postpartum with my first child. She helped correct the ‘mommy wrist’ issues I was having from carrying my big baby in a car seat etc. I went to her right throughout my second pregnancy where she offered great advice, ensured my alignment was all correct and worked on pressure points when I was near my due date. I had no back pain during my pregnancy and my labor only took 3.5 hours! I’m a big believer in chiropractic care!

5 stars in our book for Colonial!!! Dr. Melissa and Dr. Michael are fantastic. From table-side manner to appointments to treatments, they are effective and personable. They see our whole family for 'wellness visits' as well. I wouldn't try anyone else with my little kiddos.... Dr. Melissa, especially, has that gentle approach for expectant mothers and newborns. I was suffering from tremendous back/hip pain during pregnancy and kept holding off hoping it would resolve itself. After my first chiropractic adjustment with Dr. Melissa, I felt considerably better. Since then I have been going for adjustments every other week and my pain has almost entirely subsided. I am so glad I found the practice and hoping regular Chiropractic’s care will make the rest of my pregnancy and delivery go much smoother. Also Dr Melissa’s genuine care about her patients is evident in her professionalism and bedside manner. Dr. Melissa is such a pleasure to work with. Incredibly pleasant, knowledgeable, and amazing with children! We first started going to Colonial Valley Chiro for my infant son's acid reflux issues. Not only did Dr. Melissa help him get through that, but she has also helped us identify and improve a subluxation that prevented my son from crawling properly. Thanks to her treatment plan, he not only started crawling properly, but his progress has skyrocketed and within a few short months he started crawling and running! I got to know Dr Melissa when I wanted a chiropractor for my second pregnancy in 2016 who follows Webster method. The moment I saw she was so warm and compassionate towards me and supported me everyway to make this pregnancy smooth as I wanted a VBAC! She used to give me advices and print outs of holistic approach of how to help me sail my pregnancy smoothly( I got to know her during my 34 weeks wish had known her before!!). Post delivery she saw my baby when she was just a week old and she was so gentle, compassionate towards her that my baby loved her so much and she was colic free baby!! Dr Melissa is great with kids. I take my whole family to her. My son loves her so much!!when ever my kids get sick I trust only Dr Melissa more than our pediatrician that we meet her first get her advise and then follow it! Esp my son( 4 years old now he is so comfortable with her that he used to say this from 3 years! ) whenever he is sick he always says "can we visit Dr Melissa?" Dr Melissa takes us right away when we mail her regarding our kids! She is very accommodating! She has helped us with everything from a common cold to ear infection with her adjustments as the nervous system is the key to good health! We trust her fully 500% and have recommended to many of my friends and families!! We are so grateful and highly appreciative that Dr Melissa has taken always best interest in our health with so much of love and compassion!! I highly recommend her and will recommend her to anyone for a complete family care!! She truly has Magical hands with the newborns and kids as well as the adults!!

I started taking my 6 week old son to Dr. Melissa for acid reflux. He was always crying from the pain and I was reaching a breaking point. After doing a lot of research I came across lots of threads about how chiropractics "cured" babies reflux, I decided to give it a try. I googled chiropractors in the area and Colonial Valley popped right up. After reading great reviews I gave them a call. It was the best decision I could have made for my son. I saw an immediate change in his behavior. His reflux would get better after each visit to the point that after a few weeks he was off his reflux meds. Now he is a 5 months old and happy as can be! We have had a great experience with Colonial Valley and can not thank Dr. Melissa for all she has done to help our sweet boy!

My husband was a walk-in at CVC after he endured several weeks of inexplicable neck pain. He is active duty military so has to report to the med clinics on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst when he needs medical attention. Three unproductive visits and two symptom-masking prescriptions later, he still had no relief. We knew Dr. Mike and Dr. Melissa from their community involvement and their office is right around the corner. They immediately accommodated my husband despite no prior appointment and took the time to discuss his symptoms and develop an approach to assist him in finding relief. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Dr. Melissa McCue!!!!! First, let me say that the entire staff is warm, inviting, patient, & a joy to be around! They truly feel like extended family! I am an extensive researcher and when I found them all I could do was rejoice! I started taking my little one at 2 1/2 months and he loves it! Dr. McCue is so gentle and loving! My baby has thrived & continues to thrive since being seen by her! I love that she explains in great detail what she is doing while doing the adjustments, why she is doing it, the benefits and what happens next! There are so many wonderful things to say about Dr. Mike and Dr. Melissa. For starters, they are incredibly friendly and welcoming! It is obvious from the get-go that they are going to give you all the time you need to talk to them, answer any and all of your questions, and provide you with highest quality chiropractic care. You will never feel like you are being rushed in this office, and it is obvious that they want to give each of their patients 100% of their focus while they are there. CVC is a VERY family friendly office, for newborns on up! When it comes to children, Dr. Melissa is a miracle worker. I never thought my children (7 months, 2.5, and 4.5) would be OK getting adjusted, but Dr. Melissa makes them feel so safe and comfortable, and they actually love going to see her! Not to mention, they love the kids area that is loaded with things to do! To them, it's like a treat to go to CVC! I get adjusted by Dr. Mike weekly, and it certainly makes a positive impact on my life. Being the father of three kids and working quite a bit to support a family, chiropractic care has helped me to de-stress, and keep my body strong in the midst of a lot of busyness! Dr. Mike is easy going, patient, knowledgeable and great at providing advice on how to avoid injuries, deal with injuries, and maintain physical wellness. HIGHLY recommend any adult AND/OR their children going to CVC! We love it there and we are there to stay!

Dr. Melissa is great. Got to my 1st appointment early and didn't have to wait at all. She explained everything before and during the adjustments, took a good amount of time to learn my medical history and all of my ailments... and my pinched nerve (the reason I made the appt.) was better within 2 days! She was also very accommodating to my schedule and understanding on a last minute cancellation due to a migraine and in general very friendly and kind as is her son who was the receptionist.

In addition I must recommend Tracy who is one of the best massage therapist as per my wife. Even though they are not in network with Aetna Insurance, we continue to visit them as they have another membership program which made it more affordable.
