Great, great service. I am never disappointed. From appointments to doctor's care I honestly can't complain.

I came here based upon an initial recommendation. I was talked in to 3 pairs of orthotics. I was told that there would be no charge for them. I paid my co-pay when I arrive and only came back for one other time to pick up my orthotics. I just received an additional $60 bill. When I called, they said this was for copays for each orthotic - which was never verbally conveyed to me. They said this was in the agreement I signed - an agreement they didn't give me a copy of and only states that I would be responsible for my copay. $30 of my bill was for late fees, because they sent me notices in the mail - which I didn't open - but they never called me and when I was there they didn't ask me for the additional copay. I agreed to pay the $30 for the copay - which was never requested in person - but they REFUED to waive any additional charges from their lack of communication. Apparently simply sending a piece of paper in the mail is how this place communicates with their customers.

Jennifer Kastner is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and is kind and compassionate. The office is great. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Dr. Kastner is incredible - highly recommend her!
