Dr. Rachel is the BEST! I first started seeing her for my back pain from breastfeeding my son, which she helped with immensely. She also helped with my plantar fasciitis, and was integral in diagnosing a really weird wrist injury. Always great advice for self-care/treatment, braces, etc. I'm happy to say my back pain, wrist and foot are much better. She truly wants you to get better and not have to come in all the time. It's been over a year since I started seeing her, and now am on a monthly maintenance visit. 5 stars!

I felt my service was ok, could have spent more time on my back. I'm only comparing the chiropractor I used to go to (until he moved out of state) compared to White Mountain, I feel my old chiropractor spent more time and I felt like my back pain was gone when I left.

I also appreciate that he avoids the "hard sell" in pushing for follow up appointments and lets me decide when I need to get back in. Lastly, when I do call for an appointment, they always get me in quickly. This is a good chiropractor!

Dr. Rachael has been wonderful in freeing up some tightness and limitations in my knee to keep me moving. I am so fortunate that they are right here in Rindge with their advanced techniques for getting down to the fascia, the really tight tissue (stronger than muscle) and then following it up with movement to keep the situation from going back to the tight state. In addition to that, they really know some efficient techniques for releasing the tight muscles. Great combination of fascia release with the Graston technique, chiropractic and muscle release and taping for stabilization when required. I have had some years (more than a decade) of different Physical therapy techniques and massage that never got as much mobility as I have been able to find in the past year with the help of this practice. That was on top of a compromised ligament which might have had me limping and missing exercise for months. I can't recommend this practice and their techniques highly enough, as well as their caring thorough approach. Many thanks to them for being here!

I really loved my wife's and my visit, it was recommended by a friend and we were pleasantly surprised. The office was comfortable and we did feel better, that is, until we received the bill. We got charged $185 EACH for the first visit. That's $370 for a 30 min visit or $12.33 per min. That is at least 3 times more than I have paid at any chiropractor I have been to! We went once, we will most likely never be back again.

I have lived in 4 states and have always had chiropractic care. Dr Colby Lamson is by far the best chiropractor I have ever had. Recently, my husband had a shoulder injury. Dr Colby took the time to get an MRI approved for him and within 30 minutes of arriving home after the MRI, Dr Colby was on the phone with the results and recommendation. He takes the time to explain and to make sure you understand everything. This isn't the first time he has come through for us. He is the best. I'd give him 10 stars if I could!

My experience has primarily been with Dr. Rachel, who is fantastic! I began seeing her prior to surgery scheduled with an orthopaedic surgeon to relieve pain in my arm, shoulder, and back due to what I was told was a tear in my rotator cuff. Dr. Rachel was so kind and caring during those months prior to my surgery and was successful in relieving a lot of the pain I was having. In addition, she believed that my problem was a result of adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) rather than a tear and wrote to my surgeon what she believed was the true cause of my suffering. In the end, after my surgery, her diagnosis was correct. I did not have a tear after all, and did in fact have a frozen shoulder. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking chiropractic or rehabilitative care. Not only are they highly knowledgeable, but are extremely caring people!

Dr. Colby is the best! He is very personable, knowledgable and patient enough to address all my concerns and answer all my questions. After battling sciatica from a L5/S1 herniation for a year, with only periods of minimal relief, I had resigned myself to the fact that I would never feel 100%. After sending Dr. Colby my MRI, he was able to give me my life back! After one appointment I felt better than I had in a year. After a couple appointments, I have been pain free for weeks. In addition to my adjustment, he gave me some core strengthening exercises I could do at home to help me maintain a healthy core and spine and not re-injure my disc. It feels good to drive and do everyday things again and I can't thank Dr. Colby enough!
