My appointment with Dr. Coulombe was very enlightening. She spent time assessing my range of motion and asked questions that dealt with how I was feeling and what I found easy and difficult to do. She moved my body in ways that allowed her to see my range of motion and my ability to twist and turn. I felt very happy knowing that she cared about me and what I had been experiencing for quite some time. She suggested and demonstrated exercises that she felt would increase my flexibility and lessen the stiffness in my back. At my follow up visit she wanted to know how I was feeling about the exercises and if I was getting any relief from doing them. These appointments left me feeling confident that with regular stretching I would improve my posture and release some of the tension in my back.

Performance Health. What can I say that will adequately state how amazing this place is? I've been riding BMX for 20 yrs, but recently have had back problems that kept me out of work and off my bike. Dr King tried a few techniques that were new to me, but which made a world of difference. I don't worry about hurting my back at work or riding skateparks anymore because of the program he developed for me and the care I recieved. The Receptionists are fantastic and make you feel like a person. I really can't say enough good things about the level of care and attention to detail all these individuals have. 5 stars all day!

Ryan was amazing. He's so detailed in his evaluation and recommendations. First time at PT and really appreciate his professionalism and support. Feeling 100% better and the follow up email with exercises and ergonomic recommendations was a huge plus!

I called Performance Health Spine & Sport Therapy and was immediately treated like I was the only patient. I started seeing Brett Coapland and immediately felt like someone cared. He listened to me and started a plan of action. Not only did he help with my back, he is now helping with plantar fasciitis that I have been dealing with for over two years. If you feel like you are not getting the help you deserve, I strongly suggest calling this office. From the moment you call or walk in the door YOU MATTER!
