Dr. Day and his staff set the bar for 'customer service' in the healthcare field. They don't just answer phones, provide appointments and check your insurance . . they go beyond, get to know the nature of your issue; what concerns YOU most - the customer-; the family and they accommodate you through 6pm!!!!! I highly recommend that you not bounce around town with chiropratic care . . there are tons . . but NONE are the caliber and professionalism as Dr. Day and ANthem Chiropratic. They really care about you as a person NOT just a patient. IN my book they are the BEST and my entire family are customers!. We have no problem referring people to his office. I worked for Derek Day and found him to be a very unethical and illegal chiropractor. I was his massage therapist and when I told him that billing for my services was illegal he said "I do that so you don't have to wait so long for the money" I understand completely how business works and have been billing on liens for over 20 years. He also paid us as independent contractors yet we were classified as employees. When I was fired an investigation was done and he was found to be illegal and had no reason for firing me according to the state of Nevada and I was awarded my unemployment. So if that's how he treats his staff then I really don't have any confidence in him as a chiropractor.

Dr Derek Day handled an car accident insurance case for me, Sept 2014. He was thorough in his handling of my case. From start to finish he brought me through complete therapy to recover from a headache/tension/whiplash. His adjustments were very gentle, more of a conditioning to get fluidity back in my neck. He knows chiropractic well and general holistic healing. Very, very knowledgeable. I did send an email to his website to do other chronic serious conditions but it fell through for some reason. I should contact for some issues. This guy is good and will totally take care of you. I will go back and recommend him also.

I was honestly skeptical of how chiropractic services would actually help me, but I really had no choice after my back went out. Taking care of my 6 mo old and just normal life activities were almost impossible for me for 2 weeks and so I decided to come to Anthem Chiropractic. I'm SO glad I did! I've seen Dr. Day twice for an adjustment and slowly my pain was leaving, but I have to say the Chiropractic Massage I just received from Spirit was incredible and I'm waking out of the office feeling so much better! The pain is at the lowest level it's been since my injury. I know this is a process to complete restoration, but I have to say this is so much better than taking a bunch of pain medication. I've been treated so well here that I have to recommend Anthem Chiropractic to anyone who might be skeptical like I was.

I have been to several Chiropractor offices Throughout the years and this is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. The staff is great but the doctor is a crook he does not care about his patients he talks over then he intimidates them with his brood presence and he doesn’t listen. If you expressed concern he cut you off and gives you medical mumbo-jumbo. If this is your first time going to a chiropractor try another office and then compare and you’ll see how I’m right. I do not recommend this doctor if you’ve been an accident I need someone who actually cares about you getting better.

The office assistants were very accommodating with my schedule, and were able to fit me in the day of due to extreme pain in neck. The doctor was fast and efficient thoroughly examining my medical history, asking lots of questions and providing methods to assist with stretching my neck. He did an adjustment. I was in and out within 45 minutes!!!! Best chiropractor in Las Vegas/ Henderson area!!! He fixed my neck issue in one visit and will continue to go to him monthly to help maintain issues! As I was leaving, they had homemade cookies and lollipops for their customers! They truly go above and beyond and are not just trying to make money off of you like many others do!!!
