I have been seeing Dr. Thompson for 5 weeks now after an injury. She fit me in quickly after the first symptoms started. They have been great at explaining the insurance and financial aspects of my visits. Dr T has been professional, kind and understanding in her approach to my pain. I have seen amazing improvements! I know I will need to continue to see her for a while but she is very encouraging every time.

They go over everything with you and are very thorough. They did X-rays, went over them and explained everything that was wrong and set up a treatment plan, they provide therapy, ultrasound and they also do detoxification and acupuncture. Great place!

Doctor Crow's approach to communicating with and treating me was ludicrous. He lacked empathy and when we communicated he frequently quoted directly from the introductory video and treatment envelope. When I did share particular symptoms and concerns they were completely ignored, I assume from his inability to go without his two crutches listed above. He was very forgetful and seemingly insecure with his ability to communicate and knowledge to treat me. Yet! He went as far as to explain (while using the treatment envelope) that I had spinal degeneration after one visit, no adjustment and without an x-ray! I have experienced full body adjustments at the same state my body is in now from experienced chiropractors and I can say with complete certainty this man did not adjust me completely in any of the three areas he attempted to treat me. Dr. Crow should not be seeing patients unsupervised or practicing chiropractic care at all if he wishes to communicate so horribly and treat patients as barbarically as he treated me.

I love this place! Doctor Sherri is an amazing chiropractor who has nothing but what's best for you in mind. The whole staff is friendly and hospitable. A couple years ago I suffered from a severe concussion. My doctor said it could take up to six months to recover. With help from Dr. Sherri, I was better in only seven weeks. Dr. Sheri is amazing! My son who was 4 months wasn't sleeping for almost 2 weeks and I tried EVERYTHING but nothing was working...it was driving both him and I crazy. He then was adjusted by Dr. Sheri and sure enough, that night he slept perfectly, only to wake up to eat! Since then he has continued to sleep peacefully and I owe it all to Dr. Sheri for making my sweet boy comfortable again. Thank you for my sanity back and not just for helping out my son, but my whole family with previous adjustments.

Dr. Millard provides acupuncture care and for the 1st time, I am able to stop taking nerve pain medication in over 3 years. The best place ever! We are from CT and there for Olympic Trials. My daughters shoulder began to hurt in the middle of the meet. They took us right in and were very accommodating Dr Sheri gave us her personal cell number in case we needed her after hours! The whole staff was friendly. Great place! We drive 2 hours one way to go to Millard Wellness because they offer several different options to get you healed. The staff is friendly and they also go over your X-rays and explain what all is wrong and give you a treatment plan. Strongly recommend!!

Trying to be nice and giving 2 stars, but honestly, too many appointments for nothing. They hold me for the total of my insurance allowance and then told me I might as well never be able to bend forward (?!) Never EVER had a professional evaluation that explained my situation, just a basic "inflammation" response. Five years later, I do everything, and no pain.

Like the others have said, I can't say enough about Dr. Sherri and her staff. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I struggled with headaches for a very long time and regular treatments at Millard Wellness has kept them at bay for almost a year and a half. I still will get them but they aren't nearly as severe. I take my infant in for treatment as well and it has helped make her an even happier baby. I wasn't sure about chiropractic care for babies and I might not have done it had it not been for how caring Dr Sherri & Dr Erin are! I recommend Millard Wellness to anyone looking for a great chiropractor!

I can't say enough great things about Millard Wellness Center, Dr. Sherri and the rest of the staff! I've spent nearly 3 decades jacking my back, neck and body up. It got to the point where I was getting migraines almost everyday. I was absolutely miserable! But after seeing the doc for a bit, she got me straightened out (pun intended) and migraines are a rare oddity these days. I'm not a huge massage person (I've only had 10 or so in my entire life) but I can honestly say the ones here are the best I have ever gotten.
