This place has changed my life. It came highly rated from other area women when I asked for recommendations on Facebook. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and kind. Dr. Brooke is super knowledgeable, asked many times for questions I had, and acknowledged and explained through fears I had about adjustments with the neck. She has earned my confidence and completely changed my ability to walk from full of pain to pain free in a matter of weeks. She and her staff are also knowledgeable about insurance carriers and told me up front about how many appointments we had to work with. I felt that it was a good indication that they are here to help, not take my money. I would highly recommend this place for adjustments, therapy, and ways to get rid of pain. Also, their lobby, bathrooms, and patient rooms are always clean and I highly recommend their heat wraps. :) Thank you, Dr. Brooke!!

For the past few weeks I had been experiencing severe pain in my neck, spine, and lower back stemming from an injury sustained while doing work around the house. I can't believe that I allowed myself to endure such pain for so long before taking action. With one phone call I was set up with a next day appointment to Hoogeveen. Upon arrival, I completed a quick form, waited less than a minute or two and was promptly taken to the exam room and quickly treated, even though it had been over a year since my last visit ! I took my 4 month old son here when he had a tight neck and could only move it one way. He started getting a flat spot and I was very concerned about the tightness in his neck. Dr. Brooke got him ALL fixed up. She was so compassionate and understanding. His neck was doing so much better even after one visit. He had full range of motion after about 2 visits. A scam. How this place gets 48 5 star reviews is beyond me. Fishy much? Anyway my experience was like entrapment, where the young guy tried to sell me on everything like a used car salesman would, just to sucker the most money out of me. I'm a 30 year old guy whos overall pretty healthy and went in with minor pain from nerves. My first visit I didn't know what to expect, so i went along with it. $150 later all i had was a confused doctor and an exercise to do until 48 hours when he wanted to see me next. 48 hours? He said it was urgent despite not knowing what the problem was. I declined the 48 hour return visit at the front desk and they tried to get me to follow "doctors orders". Nonetheless i came back next week. My 2ND appointment he "punished" me by saying "well now we have to make up for the time elapsed when you didnt come back when i told you to. I am not happy". They wanted therapy and an x ray. I had to say NO NO NO several times and it was like pulling teeth. Entrapment. I finally got him to take me out of the therapy room since I had no business being there and back to his office where he adjusted my back...furiously. I felt much worse than when I came and I was in intense pain for the next 3 days. My reward? Another $90. I told him I felt terrible and he said "well that's what happens". I said what do you mean by that and he deflected. Worst place ever. I was punished for not giving them my money faster. You will get SCAMMED.

Dr. Adam patient here, and man I can attest. Very clean and well maintained facility. Amazingly friendly faculty. And that groups of chiropractors know what they are doing. I had loss of breath whenever I bent over and waking up with excruciating pain in my lower back. So bad sometimes my legs would give out. Now I'm am a very active and mostly pain free person. I can't thank him enough for giving my body the strength back to do what people my age should be able to do. I have been going to Dr. Greg Hoogeveen for the past 12 years. I have been extremely happy with my results. The first stages of correction were frequent visits, but I am now on an as needed basis. I had my daughter adjusted when she was infant too and was amazed at how well she slept and ate after that. He has helped me through a pretty bad car accident and getting everything back in line after that. The staff is always wonderful, at one point even watching my toddler who wanted to play in the waiting room. I cannot say enough good things about the whole office.
