I was in a car accident in 2015 and was unable to get myself out of bed a few days later. My colleague recommended family first Chiro and I called them and told them my situation. They did not have any appointments available that day but we’re able to squeeze me in between due to my pain. I can say now, almost over a year later, I feel better then I did before the accident. I have been coming to FFC for about 18 months. I have scoliosis (curvature of my spine) and work as a dental hygienist. (Not a good combination). When I first started to see Dr. Jeremiah, I couldn't even raise my arms past my head. I hurt all over. Now my mobility has fully returned and they regularly take photos of my posture and I am amazed at how much it has improved. I only wish I had found FFC when I was 13 and newly diagnosed with scoliosis. I was recommended to have surgery, but I am convinced with the changes I have seen in my body at this age, had I had chiropractic care when I was younger, they would have been able to greatly help me and I wouldn't be having the issues I had when I first came. If you are hesitant to try chiropractic, don't be...Both Drs are gentle and really care about your entire health. It feels like visiting family and I look forward to each visit. By far the nicest chiropractic office I've been to! Their office is gorgeous and welcoming, with kind, helpful staff who try to know patients individually. The doctors are fun, knowledgable, and very available to their patients. FFC is incredibly thorough and practices the Gonstead technique, so you can trust them to do adjustments in the sensitive areas of your neck and back. They also have workshops and plenty of extra information so there's always the opportunity to learn a little more. FFC will leave no stone unturned in trying to help you achieve your most optimal health.

Family First is dedicated to the well being of their patients! They are the first chiropractic/health care that really cares about each person that walks into their office. I've had so many injuries that if left untreated would have become problems for me later on in my life, but getting regular adjustments will help prevent future problems. I don't rely on drugs for pain or relief of sinus symptoms anymore. Instead, getting adjusted gets to the root of the problem which allows my body to heal itself. The care I get at FFC goes above & beyond caring, they really enjoy helping me as an individual.

Best Chiropractic around. Their methods, beliefs and what they stand for in general puts them leaps and bounds above most. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable and effective with their methods, they are real people who genuinely care. I had never even considered going to a a Chiropractor. In fact I was always surprise to find out others did. One Saturday, I went with a friend to a morning cooking demonstration at Natural Grocers and during the class Dr. Joel spoke. I was was intrigued by what he spoke about, and decided to go for a consult. After some long discussions, and some frankness on my part, about being skeptical, I took some literature home and read up on treatments, Family First's mission statement and on Dr. Joel. I decided doing something to help myself feel better was better than doing nothing, although I was still a bit wary. Dr. Joel and I met again, and we made a plan together for treatment, what he would be doing and what I would commit to doing to make this process work. After only a few visits, I already started to feel a difference, not just in the way I was moving, but in the way I was feeling in general! I have now been going to see Dr. Joel for over 8 months now, and I feel better than I have in more years then I am willing to admit. My energy is up, my mood swings are down, I am now doing thing I was always too tired to do before. But most importantly, I feel like am in control of every aspect of my life, I can do things to make everyday a better healthier day than the last. In addition, the staff at Family First Chiropractic is amazing, you feel like you are part of a family and if you need a little shovel to meet a goal you have set for yourself, they are there to support you every step of the way.
