My workplace had their PR lady come in to talk to us on our lunch break, give a free spinal screening if we wanted, and to just generally tell us more about chiropractic care and offer us a new patient exam for only $20. It included x-rays, posture pictures, and meeting Dr Fletcher, who then did range of motion tests and asked plenty of questions on how my body felt on a day-to-day basis. I scheduled a second appointment so the doctor could tell me about what she saw in my x-rays and posture pics, and finally get adjusted.
The office staff was able to explain how payment and my insurance worked through them, and Dr Fletcher was able to tell me what I was seeing on my x-rays and answer the questions I had. I was only able to go a few times, but each time I did get adjusted I felt like it was making a difference in how my spine and body felt. Each time the doctor also asked where I was feeling any pain or tension and addressed those spots accordingly. Dr Fletcher told me everything she was going to do before she did work on my spine and neck, and any aftercare that I should do to stay feeling healthy.
I did think it was a bit weird that they scheduled me for six weeks of appointments ahead of time after my second visit, but they are very flexible for when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I recently had to call to say I wouldn't be able to come in anymore, and while I was told I could come in for adjustments once a month, I was in no way pressured to make an appointment right then and there, and was told to call when I found it convenient for me to come in again. Despite only going for a few visits I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly everyone at this office is.
