Thank you for taking care of me, all of you. It's taken a while, but with your honest estimation of the recovery time I knew it would be a long process. The day before my appointment was schedule they left me a message saying if I can't make the appointment to please notify them, then the next day when my appointment was scheduled I checked my messages and they had called me 4 times within 1 hour 34 minutes 8:17am to 9:51am leaving 2 voicemail messages, the first one saying they were calling to see if I was going to make it to the appointment and the 2nd message saying they had canceled my appointment. I dont start checking my messages until after 10am. When I called them to ask why they had canceled my appointment the receptionist was rude and utterly incompetent and she couldn't understand how it didn't make sense that they would cancel on me the day I was scheduled to go in because I didn't call, even though the day before she told me to only call if I wasn't going to make it... Find a different chiropractor that has a competent staff.
