When I found Pro Chiropractic, I was in serious pain. Working 5 10-hour days a week as a laborer caught up to me. Standing - let alone moving - had become a chore, and the pain was affecting my work. I chose Pro Chiropractic based off their reviews. Hundreds of people had given them 5 stars and it’s easy to see why. The staff at both offices are extremely friendly, the environment is inviting, and everything is extremely clean. Dr. Jenny, the chiropractor I see, is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the human body. She has helped me to gain a better awareness for things I do in my daily life that would cause pain, and given me ways that I can combat it on my own. She genuinely cares about fixing issues I have, and making me less likely to have issues in the future. I couldn’t recommend Pro Chiropractic more.

The Pro Chiropractic staff makes the experience different from the start! There is always a welcome, smiling face at the counter to greet you. If for any reason you have to wait, you have your choice of sitting in the lobby, the hydro bed or a chair massage. Once in the office you are treated to a luxurious massage and a heat pad prior to adjustment. With your back loosened from the massage and heat, it is less painful to be adjusted and more likely to stay in place. If you should have something other than your back out of place, Dr. Jon is your man too! Hips, wrists, shoulders, ribs, knees, ankles... I have had multiple back and neck injuries over the years and worked with numerous medical professionals. It was not until I worked with Dr. Jon that we discovered I had at one point fractured two vertebrae in my neck. This discovery explained symptoms no other specialist could find reason to explain. Last June while running a half marathon, I experienced probably the worst pain I have had throughout all of my athletic adventures. I was unfortunately, unable to finish the race which was probably my PR due to this pain. I do consider myself extremely tough, but this took my breath away literally. My right knee locked up and couldn't support me. I ended up on the side of the road resting on the lawn to allow myself to calm down. Eventually got the strength and determination to walk to an aid station, told the personnel my symptoms, was given 650mg Tylenol and ice. I rested and elevated my knee at the station for about 20 minutes, watching runners fly by me, I was devastated. I couldn't take it any longer, I don't quit. So I thanked the aid personnel for all their help and limped my way 10 miles to the finish line. As an avid runner, that day, my pain and emotions will always stay with me. I returned home, saw a Sports Orthopedic Physician and have ever since been battling to get back out there and pound some pavement. I have had right lower extremity xrays, a cortiosone injection, and MRI to rule out any internal problems. All results came back negative. My cortisone injection lasted a day, same pain. I was receiving treatment from a physical therapist and with eight long months of treatment and roller coaster results, I was diagnosed with IT Band Syndrome. After grueling sessions of manual myofacial massage, I was still experiencing the exact pain and my patience was running short. So with this pain and the determination to resume my daily runs, I began to research the next steps of treatment. After reading deeply about the Graston technique and discovering that Dr. Wilhelm, who is certified in this treatment was only 8 miles away I immediately became his newest patient. From the moment I met Dr. Jon and his amazing staff I knew my rehabilitation was headed in the right direction. I would absolutely, without a doubt recommend Dr. Jon to any and all suffering from injuries!

Best Chiropractor in the Valley! I first visited Pro Chiropractic a few years ago for tendonitis in my knee. Dr. Jon worked with me to diagnose not only my knee problems, but other issues I was having with alignment throughout my system. He recommended a treatment plan that included chiropractic care and physical therapy and very quickly I was able to resume my normal activities. Now, I pop in for routine alignments and maintenance at my discretion. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful and the doctors are top notch. Dr. Jon is the best chiropractor I've ever been to!! I was in big car accident in 2010, had a migraine get continuously worse for 2 weeks. Nothing the doctors gave me helped much if at all. I'm disappointed to have to leave a negative review but after coming to visit your office with a sore hip and leaving instead with two ribs out of place I can't recommend this office. I had mild, normal tightness in my shoulders when I came in the first visit and after being adjusted I was in terrible pain over the weekend. Having to lay on the couch with heat packs all over your shoulders isn't normal after visiting the chiropractor. I've lived all over and have had many different doctors and have not ever experienced this. I decided to give the doctor a second chance and explained my new neck/shoulder pain to her. She adjusted my upper back/neck again with the same adjustment (that I've never had elsewhere) and this time I ended up with ribs out of place. Again, another weekend in desperate pain. I went to a different office and am starting to feel better. People reading reviews should also know that the office sends an automated message out asking for reviews for a chance to win a Costco Cash Card. That didn't sit well with me. I actually never leave reviews but felt like my experience was worth sharing. I had to use Google reviews to find a doctor being new to the area and now I feel like they've been bought.

I was involved in a rear-end auto accident in December 2010. The day after the accident I was in severe back,neck,& knee pain. I had never been to a chiropractor. Dr. Wilhelm was the first to find the root cause of the problem and find a solution, instead of just putting "bandaids" on to mask the symptoms temporarily. In December I visited Dr. Jon and his team with some neck trouble from an old injury. I had been to several other chiropractors and had not made any progress. After X-rays and a thorough evaluation Dr. Jon discovered I had a 70% loss in spinal curve in my neck as well as poor range of motion. Dr. Jon created a plan to improve my situation. After sticking to routine adjustments, traction, and "homework" I now have a 50% improvement in my spinal curve and above average range of motion.
