We heard about Dr Hawley from a family friend who takes their child for adjustments. My 11 year old has had severe motion sickness for several years to the point that running makes her motion sick. All of the staff treated my daughter with care and compassion. She was set up on a treatment plan and we are nearing the end of those and she is no longer getting motion sick. We are now taking my 7 year old daughter who has Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis for adjustments and she is seeing relief in her neck aches and less frequent headaches. I appreciated how up front Dr Hawley was with what he could and couldn't do for my daughter. We would highly recommend Dr Hawley and his staff. They are friendly, efficient and effective.

The entire staff at HealthSource are so friendly and engaging the whole experience is very enjoyable! Good people that really want you to help you. That's how I would describe the whole crew! Scheduling changes or issues are easily resolved. Questions are always answered with a smile. And most importantly, you leave feeling better than you came in every time!

If I could give negative stars I would. This is a racket! Trying to con you into treatments you don't need. And charge unimaginable amounts in comparison. I've been charged for treatments I've never even received here. They've even damaged my credit score! STAY AWAY

While I've only had one appointment with Dr. Hawley, I can say that after over a decade of crippling pain, misdiagnosis from doctors and mediocre to awful chiropractic care, this was the friendliest and most thorough care I've received. Great staff throughout, I was able to get in quickly and I'm already in less pain. Also despite not being veterans, they work well with the VA and are aware of military medical issues that are often overlooked by civilian medical personnell. My only warning is: 5pm reserve street traffic...need I say more?

Absolute Life Savers! The professionals at HealthSource of Missoula are fantastic. We were traveling via RV and had stopped for the night at a campground in Missoula. The next morning, husband woke up and literally could not move! Worse pain of his entire life. He has had minor back issues in the past, but nothing like this. The campground manager recommended HealthSource as she had taken her family members there. We placed a call to them and were immediately able to get right in to see Dr. John Hawley. This young man was incredible. His gentle, thorough examination and subsequent treatments were the only thing that saved us from an emergency airlift back to our home in Florida. His physical therapist, Christine, was just as competent. HIs office assistant, Shannon, was also extremely pleasant and very capable. This office is THE BEST medical experience we have ever had. Highly recommend!
