Warren and his staff are amazing. This is my first experience with a chiropractor so I can't compare them to others, but I am blown away by how helpful, patient and caring they are here. They have made me feel comfortable in every step. Everything is very well explained and all of my questions are patiently answered. So far the results have made me very happy. They go above and beyond at every visit which indicates clearly that this is simply how they do business. When my daughter from Bozeman needed to be seen while she was here over the Thanksgiving break they made certain that she would be accommodated, going so far as to offer to be there on a day they were not even open. I sought help with a long-term back and neck issue. Dr. Smith and his team took me in and assessed the situation. After the first adjustment and therapy I felt much better and have been going to the clinic as an ongoing means of maintaining my ability to work in the construction realm. They worked with my insurance to cover most of the fees for ongoing treatment so my out of pocket costs are limited to my co-pay. After injuring myself recently, I called for an emergency visit and they got me right in. Dr. Smith's guidance on home therapy helped me get back on my feet and back to work in short order. As a side note, Dr. Smith and his team are very personable and welcoming, and I've referred others to the clinic for service.

I came in with severe pain. Doc adjusted me. He was rough with the adjustmen and it hurt to be adjusted. Hurt more after the appointment than before and I could barely move my neck or shoulder after. I ended up going to ER(which is costly mind you) and getting xrays only to find out from ER doc that I had a sprained neck and back from the actual chiropractic adjustment itself!! I'm in so much pain and livid! It's normal to be sore after an adjustment but this is outrageous! They should pay for the office visit the ER visit, the xrays AND the painkiller and muscle relaxer prescriptions and compensate me for the missed work hrs. It borders on malpractice!! Don't go there!!!

Dr. Smith and his team are fantastic. They squeezed me in as a new patient with very little notice because I was in so much pain. They did an excellent job of explaining what it would take to get me feeling better and what it would cost. Within a few weeks, my pain was nearly nonexistent. Health source also has a wonderful physical therapist/trainer who shows you exercises and works with you to regain strength and stability. Between the friendly atmosphere, good music, and dog-friendliness, I'm almost sad not to be visiting as often (but very glad to have my old life back and not be in constant pain)! It you're looking for a chiropractor, choose this one. You won't be disappointed!

I came in to Healthsource of Butte in immense pain about 4 years ago. I've been to MANY chiropractors trying to relieve my back and neck pain. Warren is, by far, the most caring, comprehensive, and thorough chiropractor I've ever been to. He understands that the whole body is connected and not only provides the best chiropractic care, ever, he encourages you to look at the inside- diet. Provides high quality supplements and many clean and healthy eating and well being tips! The adjustments are more gentle and way more effective because of the time that is put into preparing your body with Cheri! Cheri is absolutely wonderful. Her inviting personality is enough to set anyone at ease and her knowledge of the human body's muscles and exercises is impressive. Even my youngest LOVES her adjustments (since she was 5!). And then there's the financial side. Christal, Warren's wife always took such good care of us! Now there's Kristi....who is an insurance and billing ninja. So, if you're worried about how to get the care you need-don't! Kristi will kindly and efficiently help you figure it out! We love Healthsource!
