Dr Mitchell and his team have been a great help in easing my back pain. I came to the office seeking a treatment plan in the hopes of avoiding opiods to manage pain associated with my spinal problems. Exercise coupled with massage has helped me to regain my quality of life. I was able to complete sessions during my lunch break. The staff was very forthcoming about costs and insurance coverage. Dr Mitchell's adjustment techniques were very gentle but effective for my situation. Overall, it was a positve experience and I've enjoyed working with the staff.

He gave me a lesson in injury and healing (very helpful), and has been very positive about my projected response to treatment. I've been to chiropractors before & about 2-3 visits in with adjusting manually I could tell the difference but the machine they use here is a joke after visiting about 4 or 5 times there was 0 relief. I should of known sooner that a machine wasn't going to adjust me oh well hopefully my review will help others to go the traditional route

I never thought I would go to another chiropractor after a traumatic experience in college with a quack doctor that used a towel to crank my neck to the point I threw up in his waste basket, However, I have drastically changed my views on chiropractic care after starting my work with Dr. Jeff Mitchell at Vitality. Dr. Mitchell takes time with each patient getting to know them and figuring out exactly how he can help each one in a his very unique and different way. His practice is nothing like the traditional "pop and crack" chiropractic methods. I am a very tall and athletic female all of which has contributed to poor posture and wear and tear on my neck, back and hips. I've literally limped into the office barely able to walk upright, crooked and in pain and after 10 minutes under Dr. Mitchell's expert care I am a new person! I'm currently training for my first half marathon. I'm feeling stronger and more capable of running long distances than I did in my 20's. Other doctors in the past told me I should give up running altogether to prevent further back trouble. I love that Dr. Mitchell keeps your dreams in mind and will do whatever he can to ensure you reach your full potential!

I'm almost 80 but feel like 60 after every adjustment. Dr. Michell corrects all the damage I do to myself, and his adjustments have greatly lessened my asthma and allergy symptoms. On my July visit, my knee was adjusted and the relief has made it so much easier to walk and drive. It makes one glad to be alive.

GREAT PLACE!! After over a year of pain and doctors driving me crazzy finally someone that knows how to get somewhere. Only a few weeks into this but finally getting some relief, the staff is fun, friendly well educated. Just a great place to go. Another great thing is they are great with kids I have my daughter going there now for other medical issues that both hospitals here have yet been able to figure out. Now she is being treated here and they are great with her. Being there for 90 minutes to two hours and having both kids in tow they work great with scheduling.

Alot of people afraid to tell the truth about a place but be careful where you spend your money this doctor is a crook and will make you spend thousands and thousands if,not your insurance... Very awesome staff. It was a great experience not your typical snap crack and pop but they got an entire game plane to make you better not just for a day or a week. I started going to Vitality in March 2017. I was involved in two car accidents, one when I was 14 and the other when I was 16. I had chronic back and neck pain. At the time I was having horrible headaches every day. Until then I had not found any doctor that helped me other than just temporary pain relief, which included other chiropractic care and injections.
