I began going to Big Mountain Chiropractic while I was pregnant with our third child. I was never a fan of chiropractic due to a traumatizing event as a child, but a fall on the ice while 5 months pregnant really knocked some things out of whack. I was in too much pain to care for my family something had to be done. Dr, Smith is amazing.. he is so gentle which I was especially concerned about while being pregnant. While I was receiving treatment he explained to me the importance of chiropractic for babies.. YES babies!! Dr. Smith began treating our baby 3 days after she was born and I promise you every time she saw him it was like hitting a reset button on my VERY fussy colicky baby, I have also suffered from migraines and headaches since I was in Jr. high.. not anymore! Now my whole family and I get adjusted regularly!! Not only is Dr. Smith an excellent chiropractor but the staff in the office is also one of the big reasons I enjoy my appointments. They are so friendly and seem to know everyone on a first name basis. The lighthearted conversation makes me feel like I am sitting in my living room visiting with family.. not in a Dr. office! That is a huge plus!!! There is always a positive and relaxing atmosphere which was important when introducing my kids to this new practice.

Doctor Kanyon Smith is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have a long list of injury's that are complicated and needed constant attention. At first Kanyon was all business and focused on my needs. As care started I felt a lot better very quickly. Now I see Big Mountain Chiropractic for maintenance, I believe the focused attention got a dramatic result. The best part about the whole experience is the relationship I have with the whole staff , and Doc Kanyon I would call a good friend. No regrets!

Now, I keep saying lets continue to be aggressive (against my better judgment at the moment) knowing the results are going to be positive. Dr. Canyon Smith is wonderful. Getting adjusted is a treat because I feel so much better afterwards, immediately. No more headaches. His adjustments always relieve my neck and shoulder pains immediately! He even adjusts my ankles and knees from time to time which get out alignment due to running. Appointments, even at the end of the day, are readily available. The office staff is caring and friendly and the office is beautiful and easy to get to.

When I first found Kanyon Smith he evaluated me and found that I had narrowing in my spine which makes my disks herniate. I was in sever pain and had constant migraines. He told me up front that I would never be 100% better due to the narrowing but he could get me to 80%. This man, his knowledge and hands are amazing!! My miagraines are few and far between and my pain is minimal. I cannot say enough good things about all of the staff at Big Mountain Chiropractic. I will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Kanyon Smith is THE BEST CHIROPRACTOR I have ever been to, and I have been to many over the years. His knowledge of the human body is exceptional. When I went in, in 2008 because my feet were numb, after a couple of appointments he told me I needed to go see a Neurologist because he couldn't take my money for something he couldn't fix as a chiropractor...but he did try because it could have been due to my very messed up back. I went in to see him not only because of the numbness in my feet and legs, but also because I was experiencing extreme "White Hot" back pain in my lower back and what felt like ice cold water running down the front of my legs at times. I also had pretty severe headaches due to being rear-ended in my car twice, and a messed up neck. He fixed that, and made my back and neck feel so much much better. I still go in from time to time when my back and/or neck goes out, and he always fixes me. He even eased my carpul tunnel, until I had surgery to fix both hands. Kanyon is a great Chiropractic Doctor...unlike some who are merely bone crushers, in my opinion. I will never go to anyone else! Why would I? He is absolutely the best!

I used to be a skeptic on chiropractic, not even going to lie! But since my family has started seeing Dr. Smith 2.5 years now our family has been so much healthier; with 75% less doctor visits. I have chronic migraines, since seeing Dr. Smith they are fewer and much farther between! My youngest son used to have ear infections constantly, again since starting chiropractic he has been ear infection free!! My youngest daughter is now 2 and hasn't had antibiotics not once!! I firmly belive that is because of her being adjusted since she was a few days old!! Starting chiropractic with Big Mountain Chiropractic has been the best thing I have done for my family! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Best Chiropractor I've ever been to. Take the time to figure out the root of your problems and come up with a plan to take care of it. I've had lower back pain due to scoliosis all my life. Previous doctors just did basic adjustments and the pain would come back between visits. I have been seeing Dr. Smith for years now and I would like to say he has been a God sent to me and my family. A year or so ago I injured my lower back and was down for days. If it wasn't for Dr. Smith it would have been weeks or months. Big Mountain Chiropractic is a beautiful facility. It is a state of the art office, that is beautiful as well. When you walk into the foyer you immediately hear the babbling waterfall cascade over a granite wall with the BMC logo. To your right is a fireplace that keeps you toasty in the winter time. The support staff is fantastic! Katie will greet you with a smile and help you check in, and Madison will lead you back to the dr. I highly recommend Big Mountain Chiropractic!! Oh and did you know Dr. Smith was once the Chiropractor for the Miami Dolphins? HOW COOL IS THAT!
