Dr. Barry and her staff are warm, kind, and compassionate, but also knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Your health and well being are important to them. They not only help you feel better with adjustments and stimulator machines, but also with kind words. Their primary goal is to have you feeling better when you leave. They helped fix a clicking and hurting neck, an aching lower back, and I no longer have headaches, which I had most days. It's a fabulous place to get chiropractic care!

I had been to other Chiropractors in town and considered them to be excellent, but my experience so far at Back Country has been better than excellent. I was very pleased that they took X-rays on my first visit, not all do. They also have treatment options other than the spinal adjustment. I have seen both Dr. Barry and Dr. Hittmeier now and besides the adjustments, Dr. Barry has used 2 other treatment methods on me and Dr. Hitmeier has given me some exercises and stretches to work on at home. I feel like an individual there and not just the next person in a long line being pushed through as quickly as possible so they can get the maximum number of patients seen in a day.

Dr. Barry is just great. About a year and half ago I went in to Back Country because I had done something (??) to cause my lower back a lot of pain. She found that because my back had been out of line for so long, that when I moved a certain way it really put it out of wack. We found that I had developed some cysts on my spine from being out of line for so long. With regular maintenance and back exercises, we are making my back strong enough to hold itself inline while gaining more mobility and a lot less pain. Dr. Barry has been wonderful through it all and oh so friendly. She has a way of making you feel so welcome there. Her staff is always helpful and anxious to know you. It's a great practice and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Upon entering this oasis of relief, it becomes apparent that you are more than just a patient. From the waiting room stocked with yummy coffee options to the high-tech check-in system at the front desk, it is clear that Dr. Barry has placed the comfort of her patients first whilst they wait to receive her services. Not only has Dr. Barry extended her generosity to her waiting patients, but she has also taken the lovely Ekalaka QUEEN, Melissa, under her wing and is teaching her the chiropractic craft. Melissa is a wonderful under-study to Dr. Barry and will regale you with tales from the ranch if asked. Working behind the scenes is the dynamic Carol, taking care of all the insurance and billing needs of the practice. Carol's wealth of experience and interesting past cannot be under-estimated. The gregarious receptionist, Jessica, rounds out Dr. Barry's staff. Jessica brings a hip, youth-oriented vibe to the job and is able to empathize with patients of any age. Don't be fooled by her girlish charm, though. Jessica is a FIERCE organizer and does her job with deadly efficiency. Once called to the Room of Adjustment, Dr. Barry's years of experience come to play while she pin-points the cause of distress and attacks it with laser accuracy. It might not feel good at the time, but you will feel MUCH better after her adjustments...guaranteed. One of the many fabulous qualities that Dr. Barry possesses is her willingness to refer her patients to other branches of the medical field. Unlike other chiropractors, Dr. Barry understands that chiropractic is part of patient care, but that there is a bigger picture of health that needs to be addressed. This lends a great deal of credibility to her prognosis and analysis, and makes me very comfortable in following her care plan. Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment today...you won't be disappointed!
