They scam people out of their money!!!! I went in with my back and came out with 3 buldging disc in my neck, and they charged me 43 dollars plus my insurance and medicare.Now they want more money.They had me going there over a month and charged for things I didn't get. Beware of them,they are good at talking.I would never recommend this place.The man in charge of the money will make up stuff while grinning at you.I am thinking about seeing a lawyer about my neck.I have their xray and my MRI xray proving they hurt my neck!.Thank you.

An overall horrible experience. I felt like a dollar sign and not like a client. The case manager Nick has been a headache to deal with during this time. You may get 2 min of face to face with the chiropractor and that’s it. They do not care about your health. They only care about what’s in your wallet. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. This place is a scam.

Fantastic experience and I can't sing enough praise for them all! I had been going to another chiropractor and was just not getting better. Their method of treatment was a bit of a joke. I started going to see Dr. Casey and they even took x-rays. The other place didn't even have those capabilities. After physical therapy and manual adjustments, I feel great again! I highly recommend them :)

Over the last few years I have been suffering with shoulder and neck pain that has caused a lot of numbness in my right hand and arm. I also was having a hard time when laying down and sleeping because I had a large amount of discomfort in my lower back. One day Health Care complete came to my work and I ended up winning a free massage, because of this I ended up getting some X-rays and finding out I had some further issues. I had just one adjustment from Dr Casey and I'm not even playing the numbness in my hand has decreased significantly. I still have bad days. After a few more adjustments and some different stretches and exercises I have been able to sleep throughout the night without any discomfort from my back at all. I also want you guys to know that the staff is one of the best groups of people I've ever worked with. I was going to be late to one of my appointments and the girl on the phone told me don't rush we wouldn't want you to get into an accident. I believe they really care and they really do show it. I love Health Care complete and I know you will too.

The staff at Healthcare Complete have radically improved my vitality! Prior to my corrective care, I had continual heaviness in my neck and upper back. I am AMAZED at how light my neck feels now, especially when I run or do core exercises. I feel like a totally new person! I was also experiencing frequent cracking in my neck, at least once an hour, and now that cracking has minimized to maybe 3 times a day. I've been to several chiropractors before and, although those facilities were great and temporarily relieved my symptoms, I was never full healed or educated on what was actually wrong with my neck prior to coming here. Dr. Casey and Nick have both taken the time to thoroughly explain questions I had for years! The staff at Healthcare complete has enlightened me on controllable factors I can do to reeducate my spine. Some of these simple strategies had never crossed my mind and seem to be making a huge difference. I love how friendly and helpful all the staff members are! I came here for a free orientation and massage, after my results were in I realized what was causing all of the constant back and neck pain. My neck no longer has the proper curve adding extra weight to my head, and I have a scoliosis. I began coming here in June and have been continuing the exercises given to help me get back the proper body support. The customer service is AWESOME and VERY FRIENDLY. Thank you HCC

Dr. Casey and his staff are awesome. I started going there about 5 years ago when I had redeveloping bulging disc issues after having surgery for it a few years before. They were again talking surgery but I did not want to go that route. I met Nick at an event and was so impressed with his knowledge I decided to try them out. Dr. Casey has helped my symptoms significantly. I will have occasional flare ups but they have gotten less and less. I am so grateful for all he has done for me to avoid having surgery again.
