Just began seeing Nurse Practitioner, Rachael. Such fantastic care. I hadn't seen a doctor in years and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Sara and Susan? were both very welcoming and knowledgeable. Sara was so helpful explaining things to me. She drew my blood and I felt nothing! I'm interested in their testosterine replacement and Rachael answered all of my questions very professionally. I highly recommend Rachael and her nurses of you are seeking excellent healthcare and a busy person like myself. They got me in the same day and were fast and very excellent. Sara told me about their great massage guy(she said) and I made an appointment to see him at his first opening. Great experience!

The physical therapist have an approach to therapy that got me up and running twice as fast as my physician expected. The Group offers wellness services not found in other physician offices such as massage. Staff and docs the best!

Front office staff is friendly... They get you in an appointment on time... They will definitely work you in if possible if in dire need... Pricing is reasonable... the doctors are experienced, educated in the body and how that everything works in alignment together. I recommend Health Crest especially Dr. Tang... but he's the only one I've been too and I'm sure the other doctors are just as good.

I have always been skeptical of chiropractic until Brandon Lehr became a chiropractor. He not only helped me recover from years of athletics but he helped me gain mobility back in my neck. I thought it was normal to not be able to look up to the ceiling but with a few treatments Brandon helped me look straight up. I also had severe jaw issues that caused head aches and he helped me by reliving the pain and I didn’t have to use an ounce of medicine. I will not go anywhere else for treatment and I highly recommend Brandon and Health Quest!

My review is for Dr. Lehr who has been my chiropractor for over 3 years now. I have been to many chiropractors in the past, but since I was diagnosed with degeneration in my neck I was hesitant to continue. Dr. Lehr was patient with me and eased me into treatment. He was gentle until I was comfortable with adjustments again. Then a year ago I found out my cancer was back. I had to have a very large surgery where they removed my spleen, one adrenal gland, part of my pancreas and part of my diaphragm which they replaced with an organic mesh. Often people don't realize that chiropractors have to know the entire anatomy of the body. Dr. Lehr was not able to adjust me for a very long time while I was recovering, but he explained things to me when I was unsure of why my body was reacting in certain ways. He gave me comfort when I needed it and suggested I search deeper for answers I needed to research. My biggest praise of Dr. Lehr is how he truly cares about each and every patient. His treatments are extremely effective and he is very knowledgeable in his discipline. I highly recommend Health Quest Physicians Group because they were astute enough to find and hire him.

Office did not provide reminder calls of appointments at the time of my initial review. Scheduling is handled by untrained non-medical professionals and is poorly handled. I had to wait three weeks to hear back on routine lab results and called three separate times/left messages before I got a call back. Overall care from physician is amazing however dealing with staff to get to the doctor is not worth it. People working at the front desk were not merely inattentive but one had a hand written sign taped up sign that said, “I’ll start working when my coffee does.” To be clear, the health care is excellent but the office staff are difficult to work with and unprofessional.

As a new patient, I am impressed by Dr. Brandon Lehr, explained me my problem after having an X-ray and gave me a schedule how he would go about to fix it. I having been going for a month now, Front office staff is very friendly and worked with me on my future appointments and reschedules. I feel much better with my right shoulder and getting my spine aligned. Had a massage from Dr. Bobby, on my shoulder and back, what to say he is just awesome – Would recommend for all the patients to have at least 1-2 massages to loosen your body muscles. I have gone to Health Quest for hormone replacement therapy, in the four visits I have been to, I have waited no less than an hour each time, except for today, which I waited 2.75 hours before finally walking out! The chiropractic and message therapist never seem to have their patients wait more than 5-10 minutes (if even that). I wish Dr. Perkins team could learn something from the others.

Where to begin… I have been coming to HealthQuest for probably a little over a year now. I started seeing Dr. Perkins at first and I’m very satisfied with the care I’ve received from her. She asks questions and answers mine, as well as listens to what I have to say, and together we have gotten some answers that we’ve been looking for. In turn, I’ve had to get lots of blood work done and both nurses who have taken my blood, Sarah & Susan, have made that whole process much more bearable for me. I was also seeing Dr. Tang for chiro care and Jennifer Noblett for physical therapy for a few months and was very satisfied with that as well. The office staff has always been very friendly and rarely ever have I had to wait very long. I am also a fan of the text reminders! Thank you, HealthQuest!

I have had a low functioning thyroid for years and the other Dr's I have seen say my numbers are fine. I have been a patient with HQ since 2017. The care received from the past MD was phenomenal, just prior to her exit from the location I experienced a Violation of my person information by a now Ex Staff member and a nurse. When they realized I was standing at the desk as they openly discussed my medical information and the validity for coming into the location, they quickly went behind closed doors. I have chosen to continue care at this facility because of Nurse Sarah. Sara has rectified other employees mistakes, gone above and beyond, to ensure that Scripts are submitted and referrals are made when others have let things lay for days. When I called to request my records to move , not having a new Dr, but disgusted, it was Sara that I was able to speak to regarding a few medical questions. Sara renewed the hope I have in that part of the office. I will say the desk staffer is no longer an employee.

I was a patient of Dr Perkins, and when she recently left, her nurse, Sarah, convinced me to give Rachel Wieberg the family NP, a chance. I was going to transfer elsewhere. But Sarah was right, and I LOVE Rachel! She's very quick, and wonderful! It was the best experience I've ever had at a doctor's office! I feel so well taken care of now! And Sarah is the best nurse anywhere! She always calls me back right away when I call, she's always friendly, and she's wonderful about calling in my prescriptions! I can't recommend her and Rachel higher!I feel like I'm in such great hands. I am doing the BioTe and it's changed my life. Thank you so much, Sarah and Rachel!
