I was having lower back problems. Dr Marty told me I needed to strengthen my core. By pulling my navel into my spine while sitting, walking, doing exercises, etc... my core is getting stronger, and my back pain is going away. Thanks Dr. Marty.

For over 4 weeks I had a horrible pain in my neck and down my arm. I could barely function or even sleep due to the pain. I went to my doctor 2 times and was given muscle relaxers and pain medication. Nothing was working. I made my first appointment with a chiropractor. Oh My Gosh! I am sold! After 2 visits I was feeling relief! They are the most amazing, caring, accommodating people in this office! It's been almost 2 weeks since my first visit and I am still feeling wonderful. I'm not 100% healed, but on my way and happy as can be with how much better I feel =)
