People giving this practice bad reviews all have one thing in common, which is that they need an adjustment immediately. This is not an emergency room. This is a professional practice, where you need to be an established patient to receive immediate attention. I can say that once you are an established patient, they will do everything they can to immediately help you. This is also not an office that only treats you when you have symptoms, their goal is to work with your body regularly over time until you no longer have pain. If you are looking for an actual doctor’s office which will help you both in emergencies (once you are a patient) and over time, this office really is excellent. Perhaps don’t wait until you have symptoms to then seek out a new doctor?

Very disappointed. As a new patient I was not told that my preliminary appointment would not involve an adjustment, but just be a consultation. I had to schedule another appointment just to get an adjustment done. This ended up costing me nearly double of what I was told I would be paying. This is not the place to go if you're in pain and need an adjustment right away.

Dr. Heather has done an outstanding job of alleviating and managing my back and leg pain. I had pain that ran from my neck through my shoulder to my arm. Then a burning/tingling sensation in my right thigh. After my first visit Dr. Heather had reduced my pain by 60% after my round of once a week visits the pain was barely noticeable. Through management my neck pain is gone and the sensation rarely happens. I’m confident this will be a non issue over time. I have and will recommend her.

My first day was great, they did the exam and figured out what I needed for the best care for me by the next day, it was so quick, I didn't have to wait forever like I do at other offices. I have had many Chiropractors in that time and I consider Dr. Chelsey to be the best Chiropractor that I have had in my 39 years of Chiropractic care. She has seen me since she started the practice and she has always been patient with my care and spent the time needed to make sure my problem was addressed for the week. I came in there the week before the 4th of July. I could barely walk in, I was taking left over pain medications because I was in so much pain. I couldn't sit still or stand still I was in so much pain. The first day they hooked me up these little electrical things that are designed to make your muscles relax and wow! I was blown away. As the evening went on I could feel my tension and pain easing. 5 weeks later I am 80% improved, I'm able to get back to exercising and am on my way to reach 100% improvement. I am so thankful for Dr. Chelsey and Dr. Clark. I have not had to take even so much as an ibuprofen since day 1 and I walked in there on prescription pain medication.

This place is a joke. I had a rib out and they didn't even adjust me the first time I went in. So I had to schedule another time to come in and get adjusted. The guy barely did anything to me and I left there with a rib still out. They talk to you like they are reading out of a script and they want me to come in 2 times a week just to get back to normal. I work in the service industry and can only get ijn when I can. I would not recommend this to anyone. I will be finding someone else.
