Before going to Dr. Spencer, my neck hurt all the time and I couldn't turn my head. Dr. Spencer told me my neck was so bad it would take a full year to get it back to normal, but I started feeling better within the first month. It has now been 10 months; and, my neck feels great. After four weeks of adjustments and therapy, I am the happiest person alive! I have never felt so good about my back in a very long time. I had frequent headaches, frequent back pain which made me an uneasy person sometimes! I have about four weeks left to go, and so far this has been the best decision I have made. I also had trouble slouching a lot but now I've noticed that I sit up straight more often now and I walk with my shoulders put back. Dr. Spencer really knows what she's doing, she is able to answer any questions whenever I have them, and on top of all of that, she's very kind and always has a smile on her face! The staff is very helpful and friendly as well, making sure the patients aren't in any type of discomfort or pain. You don't feel like an outsider when you enter their office. As soon as you walk in, they know who you are which is a plus because you can tell, they really get to know you as not only a patient but as a friend as well :)

If you need a Chiropractor this is the place to go. My husband is going for back pain and neck pain. The doctor not only adjust you but they also have you do different things that helps get rid of the pain. They actually spend an hour with you. This place has the nicest office staff I have ever seen. I worked for doctors but our office was no where close to being as nice as Dr Spencer's office. I haven't needed an adjustment because I don't hurt but I would definitely love to try their ultra slim waist buster.

I went to Dr. spencer because I was experiencing sciatica pain in my left hip and thigh and couldn't stand longer than 30 minutes before my leg went numb and my lower back would hurt. I have suffered with back pain for a number of years due to scoliosis and bulging discs at L4 and L5. I've received physical therapy on at least three occasions but it never relieved my pain. My husband and I had a milestone anniversary trip coming up and I wanted to be able to walk and enjoy myself without dealing with back pain and my leg going numb so I decided to try chiropractic treatment. Dr. Spencer set me up on treatment plan of two visits a week. After a few weeks I noticed that I was able to stand without the burning sensation in my leg, but still had a little back pain. I will probably always have some back pain due to my bulging discs and curvature, but I feel so much better! I continue to go to Dr. Spencer on a monthly basis for "maintenance" but I am now able to do so much more walking, working in the yard, playing with my grandsons, shopping and daily chores without the burning and numbness down my leg. I feel so much better! Chiropractic treatment has greatly improved the quality of my life! I truly appreciate Dr. Spencer's expertise. She and her staff are professional, courteous and very friendly. It's a pleasure to walk into the office and be greeted with smiles. If you have back pain and or sciatica I highly recommend that you at least give Dr. Spencer a try. A friend of mine had heard about Spencer Chiropractic and that they might be able to help with my hand, as I had been suffering from Dupuytren's Contracture, something that an orthopedic doctor was not able to help with. I made the appointment to see Dr. Spencer, and my first examination was very thorough, including x-rays. I have always had problems with my neck, because I have a plate from an injury, and I never thought anything could be done about it, but I was wrong! Dr. Spencer informed me that she could help! Oh my gosh. I love coming here. Everyone is so friendly. It's my spa day.I was in so much pain that I could barely walk. I signed up with the maintenance plan and it did not take long for her to get me back in alignment. now I come here every month and I love it whenever I come here. sometimes I'm out of alignment from my habits of sitting improper but It don't take her but a second to get me fixed right back and being pain-free again. I have even tried the cold laser on my elbow and that worked really great too and it was pain-free . I LOVE ME SOME DR. SPENCER!!! I have been going to Dr. Spencer since 2012 for general adjustments. I can feel when my body is out of line as well as my neck. When I first started coming to Dr. Spencer and explaining how I felt, she stepped right up and proceeded to give the adjustments "that my body was screaming for." I would walk in stiff and hurting in different areas, my neck, back, and even headaches. I used to take BC powders every day, but now I do not have the headaches like I did. I do not take BC powders nearly as often, which is better for my all around health in not digesting so many chemicals. When I leave I can always tell a difference. Dr. Spencer and her staff, Susan, Marianne, Jason and Natalie have always been there for me as well as answering any questions to help continue my improvements right down to dieting and vitamins . A family friend told my mom about Dr. Spencer and I have been having really bad back/hip pain. I made an appointment and I'm so glad that I did. When I arrived for my initial visit, the ladies at the front desk were so friendly and polite. It first started with discussing my primary insurance. I have two insurances plans. She was unhappy that I didn't know which one was my primary insurance company. So I guess I should add lazy to my description of Crystal. That's her job not mine. I give her both cards with HSA card but left my drivers license in a different pair of pants. She smugly informed me that I could not be seen without but went on to tell me if I had someone at home, they could send her a picture of the ID. Are you kidding me? She lost Spencer Chiropractic thousands of dollars in revenue which I could tell didn't matter to her. I could have paid cash for treatment BTW. She is the type of person that has a little authority and likes to flaunt it. I have been in pain and she asked no questions about my well being.
