I don't usually write reviews, positive or negative, but my experience was so troubling that I felt I had to. First of all, I did all the proper research and called around and everything that I found said that this should be the chiropractor for me. My sister-in-law is a chiropractor in the Huntsville area and I was hoping to have found someone that could give me something close to her level of care closer to home. I had been having trouble with my sciatic nerve and was almost positive that I needed an adjustment. I called Dr. Hall's office and the front desk staff was very professional and nice. I scheduled the appointment and went. When I arrived I waited until they opened and was one of the first people there. While I was filling out the new patient paperwork there was another patient there and when they left the doctor and nurses were commenting on how much weight she had gained where I could hear. Not exactly professional, but... Next the doctor took me back and talked to me. He told me about himself and the practice and I told him what I thought was wrong and he assured me that I was fixable. Next I was led to X-ray and pictures were taken. Next I was put on the TENS unit and the doctor came back in to talk to me. All of this is fine. It was rushed and I didn't know what process was going to happen next but it was fine. Next I was sent to laser. The woman running the laser was friendly, professional and made me feel completely at ease. She was very nice. After all of that I was told that I have 2 issues, one that is a birth defect and one that is the result of trauma. So then I was adjusted and sent home. The problem is that he didn't really examine me and the part he adjusted was, while helpful, not the reason for the pain. I was told to come back on Monday. On Monday I arrived at the office and signed in. The doctor came in and took me back to the X-ray room and began to break it down. He said that since my insurance only covers $400 per year he was going to give me a deep discount. Instead of the $5000 and some it would only be $1970 and then the insurance would pay $400 so I would be out of pocket $1570. I was sitting there thinking, "OK, that is a lot but maybe it is doable" assuming that I would pay after each visit. He also wanted me to come in for 12 weeks, 3 times each week. He said that IF I did everything that he wanted that I could be fixed. So, as I was mulling that over he informed me that I had to pay all of it up front. OK, now I am flabbergasted. I told him that I couldn't do that, for one I had to talk that over with my husband. Then he mentioned a CARE card, kind of like a credit card so that I could finance it. I am in sales and I recognize a sales pitch when I hear one. So, now I am beginning to get angry because I am beginning to realize that I am nothing but a dollar sign to him. I said that I wouldn't do that so he offered me another option. Use the table, the yoga ball and laser for 12 weeks but no adjustment. I could do that for $399 after he took all of my insurance money. I told him that I had to talk it over with my husband and he stood up and said, "Well, let us know" I walked out in shock and cried the entire way home. I left the office, still in pain, and feeling like a dollar bill instead of a person. I will never recommend Dr. Hall for anything and if I could give a negative star I would. I would have gladly paid per visit but I wasn't given that option he simply tried to "sell" me. Such a pity. I will drive to Huntsville for real care and spend the money there.

Visiteded office Dr. Hall ran insurance and said I was covered for 15 visits with 10% copay. First visit was great. Xrays massage chair infrared therapy. He then sits me down and said I had trauma in my neck and she could I count back. Came back next day he sits me down and says my insurance covered the 15 visions but will not repair the problems I have in my neck and he would need $1200.00 upfront to repair my neck. He told me to pay now or come back after I made my decision. I felt he was acting like a used car salesman. I went got another opinion the same day from Dr. Miller and Dr. Miller said I needed MRI done with my disc in neck. Dr. Miller was honest and upfront and unlike Dr. hall to take my money. Got mri done and had surgery repels I Gm three disc last week.l at newsouth spine in Jackson ms. Beware Dr. Hall is going to take you for a ride for your money.

Dr. Hall's clinic is the best! My family has been seeing him for over 2 years now... and when I say my family, I mean 3 generations. My children started with chiropractic care after just a few weeks old and have continued care with Dr. Hall so that their spinal health will continue through all the sports they play! His laser therapy has allowed me to walk again. I suffered with plantar fasciitis for over 20 years before beginning laser therapy. After about 5 weeks, I could walk again! I can walk barefoot and don't cringe with pain when getting out of bed. My husband has had very similar results with the laser therapy for knee pain as well as foot pain. My very active 75 year old mother also sees him for routine chiropractic care.

Having been referred to a neurosurgeon and told surgery on my neck was the only option, I admit my expectations were low when I first visited Dr. Hall nearly two years ago. After a thorough evaluation, Dr. Hall offered me hope in the form of an extensive treatment plan, which I embraced enthusiastically. Over the subsequent weeks my sharp, constant neck pain was gradually eased until one morning I woke up pain free. Weekly maintenance visits have kept me in good shape ever since. One of the procedures Dr. Hall incorporated was a laser therapy that has remarkable anti-inflammatory capability. I happened to mention my incredibly painful Achilles tendinitis for which I had sought treatment from both podiatrist and orthopedist. I was unable to stand up or walk without experiencing excruciating pain. Once again I was given no other option but surgery. Dr. Hall suggested laser treatment, and after a few weeks I was pain free for the first time in three years. Dr. Hall is nothing short of God’s instrument of healing in my life and the finest practitioner of chiropractic I’ve ever had the privilege to meet.

I have had a tightness and burning sensation in my neck for years and thought it was something I would just have to live with, until I went to Dr. Hall. I will admit I was skeptical at first but by the end of the week I had no burning and no pain! I was amazed and felt like a new woman! The staff is not only professional but also very personable to each and every client (which is very impressive). Dr. Hall is very knowledgeable and takes the time (as much as you need) to explain in detail what is going on and what you can expect. I have been multiple times and not once have I felt pushed or rushed. I continue to be impressed each and every time by the staff as well as the results of the therapy. I highly recommend Dr. Hall and his staff to anyone who has pain especially if you have tried anything and everything with no relief like I had.

I have been dealing with back/neck/head pain for quite some time. I have been to several chiropractic clinics over the years seeking help. On my first visit to Hall Chiropractic Clinic, I knew it was the right place for me. Dr. Hall immediately gave me a diagnosis and came up with a plan to help me. He gave me gain confidence in believing I would get better. From the get go, it was very apparent that Dr. Hall sincerely had empathy for me. He has dealt with back pain and received help from a chiropractor. He really understands. I knew right off the bat that he was going to do all he could to help me. Dr. Hall personifies what a doctor should be. He has also helped my wife out tremendously in such a short time! His staff are great too! Always polite and they work hard severing their patients! Took my 2 month old here because his pediatrician diagnosed him with torticolis, which is shortening of the neck muscles on one side. This can lead to positional plagiocephaly if not corrected early enough. Anyways, Dr. Hall worked with him for a few weeks and the difference was amazing. Completely painless adjustments and laser therapy. When we went back for a follow up, the pediatrician was extremely pleased with his progress. I am so thankful for Dr. Hall and his super nice staff for taking such good care of my baby.

Dr. Hall believes in the whole body approach for improving the health of his patients. He and his staff use various treatments to relieve the patient's condition both immediately and in the long term - but not with drugs, which strikes me as a more honest approach. Instead of starting or continuing a dependence on drugs, he assesses the entire person, history and situation to create a treatment plan that results in an improved lifestyle. While it may not be possible to "heal" every condition, the patient will leave with better mobility, decreased pain and increased function. Best of all, Dr. Hall takes the time to educate the patient on the likely cause of their condition, as well as how to help themselves continue to stay healthy with less pain.
