My husband and I have been going to Saro Chiropractic for many years. I was very skeptical when it came to seeing a chiropractor, but after having my first appointment it was clear that all the great things I'd heard were accurate. The office and front desk folks are always helpful, and the doctors always take the time to listen to to, hear you out, and work to find a way to help. I know that when I have an issue, I can call and be seen the very same day. I also know that the doctors' goal is the same as mine - to get me "back up and running" as quickly as possible. To know that your doctor cares about getting you well enough that you don't have to see him again for months and months (and it's not because they just gave you a pill to take), is such a wonderful and refreshing experience, especially these days! I commend Dr. Saro and his team for their professionalism and knowledge, and any time someone is looking for a chiropractor, this place is my recommendation - no matter how far away you live, it's worth it!

10 STARS!! Dr. Saro is the nicest most down to earth doctor I’ve ever been too. I only wish all doctors were as personable as him and the rest of his staff. Not to mention his treatment is amazing. He has helped my so much with my migraine suffering from all the tension in my neck. I went from having daily migraines and having to see him three times a week to maybe a migraine a month and only having to see him maybe 4 times a year. He also treats my mother and my cousins Donna, Tony and Allyssa. None of us will ever go anywhere else.

Ok, so this year was a rough year for me. As of last year about September 2017 I started "walking funny" and I didn't know why. Being in the construction field for more than 20 years. I'm only 38 , I knew there would be wear and tear on my body. So after I started to walk different, because of that I had a back injury (bulging disc) because of my balance being off and my walking was painful , and my knees were tight and aching with pain. I decided to go to the doctor. Honestly prior to this year was the first time I've been to any doctor since I was a young child. I never needed to. So my DR wanted me to get an MRI. After my MRI I was sent to a neurologist in which I was told that my Walking was not from my back injury. The Dr was saying it was something higher (head) . I immediately got scared at this doctors appointment. I never went back there. Next I made an appointment's with orthopedic doctors. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both my knees. A bulging disc in my spine. From my back being in pain my knees were overcompensating and vice versa. After 4 cortisone injections in my spine (a total of 8 needles) and another 4 injections in my knees with no results. I was ready to give up. I had alreasy quit my job because I can no longer stand for longer than 5 minutes at a time. The cortisone injections worked but sometimes only for a week. so I started to go to doctor Sarro's chiropractic office as my last resort to try to get my life back. After the first week of seeing him I already noticed a change in my back pain , it was like immediately he fixed me! Dr. Saro is very understanding and talks to you about your issues. He is very knowledgeable in his craft. he's very smart and he is a gentleman and explains everything that he's doing to you and wants to do to you. After working on my back doing his magic, along with the TENS machine (electrodes) . I was starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel as far as me getting better. He also started using the same machine on my knees and also a t stem machine. I honestly have to say I feel at least 90% better than I did in September of 2017. It's been a long road to recovery. Just recently he has me taking a supplement called Discat plus. It is a promotion for cartilage and joint repair and REGENERATION. Dr Saro travel to Chicago recently to get information about this new supplement. I've been taking this supplement for 2 weeks now and I feel like that I can walk better I have more "pep in my step" I move around a lot more than I did recently. At this point I just want to thank Dr Saro for doing what he does and being so good at it. I'm slowly getting my life back and I'm owing it all to him. I highly recommend anybody who has any sort of back or knee injury to see this doctor. He is the best in New England. Thank you Dr Saro.

My experience with Sara Chiropractic off of Broadway Rd in Dracut was ok. Dr. Saro, as well as the other doctor named David, seemed to be very knowledgeable and friendly (especially David, he is a nice guy). However, the business in general needs alot of improvement. They work hard not to say what the total treatment plan will cost. They leave a sort of open ticket until your done with everything...then you get a huge bill. My advise is to push hard on trying to understand what the total costs will be before engaging in treatment. My feeling is that they intentionally avoid this conversation which gives the perception that they are not an upright medical practice, and are focused more on the dollar than the patient care experience. I also find their office workers a little lacking in customer service; in particular a little immature/inexperienced. This comes out when speaking with them about your bill. Samantha, in particular, hides behind comments like" we can't know the cost until we bill it". She is either very inexperienced, or is thinks she can fool the wise patient. Bottom line, just be wary of the costs. Try to get an understanding before hand. And don't except "we can't know until we bill it" because the very first appointment is a consultation that you are paying for. That first consultation appointment should give them a very good sense of what the total costs will be.

Came at 11:30 on a Saturday as a walk-in. Mind you i have been here before and the doctor was all upset that I came in without an appointment. I stood up and left the room because he kept complaining about how they closed soon. Moral of the story don’t plan on hurting your back if they close soon.

Doctors and staff are excellent ! I have come to the Saro Chiropractic Health Center in the past for back and neck treatment. They always get me back to doing the things in life I am passionate about doing in the shortest time - golf, SUP, and tennis. Truly appreciate the whole team there for all they do - and I find the staff very friendly and caring.

The doctors take the time to listen and then explain thoroughly what to expect and the time it will take to get you feeling better. Getting in and out quick without feeling rushed makes it even better. Would definitely recommend.

I dont normally write alot of reviews... They are extremely nice, they are very knowledgable, and they are alot more affordable then most. I want to say they are not the kinda of place that will lead you down the path of needless visits, and they also dont make some of the questionable claims that others do. IF you have a problem with your back, or need rehab, then go here. If you are looking for people who will tell you how you can cure every inconceivable condition not related to your back, and make false promises... then dont go here. Their sessions are very fair, and I liked that they were about addressing the problem, not fake promises of a magic cure all.

I was diagnosed with a herniated disk about 6 years ago and the pain was awful. The surgeon wanted to operate on me but first, he said, I needed to have injections and physical therapy. Before consenting to injections or surgery I thought I would try a chiropractor as I had gone to a chiropractor in NJ with good results for other issues before moving to New Hampshire. I found Saro Chiropractic and made an appointment. My experience with Dr. Saro and also Drs. Fieldgate and Auger has been a good one. I had a noticeable relief with my back pain after the first visit. It took a while to resolve the issue, but much less time than the projected recovery time for major back surgery. I do go periodically for adjustments, and I still need to watch how I lift items, but if I do my part I still have relief of my back pain. Since then Dr. Saro has also treated a rotator cuff injury with a tear. The treatment he gave me made a big difference. Dr. Saro is very professional as are the other doctors and the rest of his staff. They are always friendly, pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend them.

The number of injuries and rehab that Dr. Saro and his staff have treated us for is far too many to count, but the service we've received and the results we've gotten have always been great.
