I really enjoy the warmth of the staff. Ashley is always smiling. Dr Chris is the best chiropractor. He could read my xtrays and discover things that the radiologist did not. I have to be honest from the beginning that I was a skeptic of chiropractors in general. I had never had need of one, but that changed recently. I had been going to my PCP about a very painful shoulder. This had been going on for months. It was suggested that I make an appointment with Dr. Chris. He relieved my pain after three visits. I am a happy patient and enthusiastically recommend him. He listened, questioned, and evaluated what he heard me say. Then he went to work on me. I have recently had a very painful result in the shoulder from a MRI I had. That pain is also gone. Caring, Professional, and an all around nice person.

Dr. Petracco has been such a blessing to me. As soon as he saw me for the 1st time base on my symptoms he knew exactly what was going on with me, he order a MRI "which my own doctor didn't even do" and he got me heading to the right path. I have had two deep tissue laser treatments on my shoulder. Before I had the first treatment, I couldn't move my arm and I was in so much pain that I couldn't lie in bed. I can't believe how much better I feel with only two treatments. I can move my arm without any pain and I am finally able to get some sleep. Dr. Chris is wonderful and I am so happy that I decided to give him a try. I would highly recommend Dr. Chris and the deep tissue laser treatments.

I chose Dr. Chris as I was seeking a comprehensive evaluation of my chronic back and neck pain and a holistic treatment approach to healing and prevention. All new patients start by completing an online comprehensive health questionnaire prior to the first session. Dr. Chris asked many questions and he got to know me to thoroughly evaluate my condition. He then clearly explained the treatment process. What an outstanding positive experience! I just completed six treatments. He is so supportive, encouraging and positive and he keeps you smiling through the adjustments and pain releasing deep tissue massage. Dr. Chris prescribed exercises to strengthen my back, explained how to do each exercise, and he had me practice the exercise routine during the session to ensure I was doing the exercise correctly. A peaceful and caring office atmosphere along with calm music adds to a fine experience! I am feeling great, the pain is gone and I know how to prevent further back & neck pain. The best chiropractic experience ever!

I've been under chiropractic care with the same provider for almost 20 years. Recently, I had to change chiropractors because my former provider was treating me more like a number than a patient. He seemed to be more interested in getting me out of the exam room than taking the time to work with me to help me feel better. It's a completely different experience with Chris at Mass Chiropractic and Performance Center. I came to see him when my wife went for the first time. She also needed a chiropractor and found Chris by mistake (she thought she was calling a different office in the area). We're both VERY glad she made this mistake! The initial consultation and first adjustment for me was almost 90 minutes. Chris takes great care in listening to the patient to understand exactly what is going on and to determine the best course of treatment. For the first time in a very long time, I felt like I was being treated as a person. I've been struggling with chronic lower back pain for over a year and anything my former provider did helped only a little and for a brief time. After a single visit with Chris, I'm almost pain free for the first time in a long time ... amazing! Perhaps the best part is that Chris is a great person, has a wonderful sense of humor, and puts you at ease right away. I'm really looking forward to working with him to get back to feeling like a normal person.

For the last three years I have been running track at a high level and have been injured all three years. Finally, I got it looked at by doctors. After three months of testing and exams, they said they could do nothing for me and I was triple diagnosed with three different leg issues that have made it impossible to run and compete. I then turned to a chiropractor, more specifically Dr. Chris. He took me and look at all of my body mechanics, how I move and where my balance was before we did anything involving my legs. Now after three weeks of deep/soft tissue muscle massage, some laser therapy and workouts that help my overall motor skills/balance, all done by Dr. Chris, I have been able to run almost entirely pain free and have never felt better in my legs. I went to see Dr. Chris after being referred by a couple people from my gym. I was having some serious lower back, right hip/knee, and left shoulder pain. Just after my first visit I had already experienced so much relief. After 3 visits I no longer have any pain in my hip and knee. My lower back doesn’t get as achy and my left shoulder has decreased in pain and improved in mobility. I also have more mobility in my left ankle since I badly sprained it a couple years ago which is a huge bonus. You can tell he truly cares about his patients with his customized treatments for your specific needs. I have seen other chiropractors in the past and he has definitely exceeded my expectations. I can't begin to to tell all of you how phenomenal Dr. Chris is. My daughter began seeing him years ago due to a sports injury. After seeing multiple orthopedic doctors including being seen at Children's Hospital, nobody could cure her pain. Upon meeting him at his former workplace, he became the ONLY doctor at that practice that she would allow to treat her. He was the only doctor to relieve her of her hip and back pain. In addition he began treating her for neck pain and migraines. Due to her success, my son has begun to see him for his shoulder and ankles due to continuous sports injuries. Dr. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, informative, kind, humorous, and above all, seriously cares about the well being of his patients. I have been going to Dr. Petracco for 8 months now. When I first met him July of 2018 I was scared and in the worst pain I have ever experienced. He was very understanding of my anxiety and made me feel safe and comfortable in his care.
