About 5 months ago my back pain took a hard turn for the worst. As a big guy, I’ve had minor lower back pain for a while which I attributed to my weight. But rather fast, it turned into much greater pain that affected my everyday life. I went to a local chiropractor and did not have any success. I determined I needed to see my doctor. My doctor was not helpful and suggested physical therapy which made my situation even worse. At my whit’s end, I was trying to get in to see a back specialist at a major hospital. I told my friend about my situation and he recommended Dr. Chris and Chiropractic Solutions. One key thing my friend mentioned was that they had an x-ray machine and that was comforting. Everyone else assumed the pain was this or that, without really knowing. So off I went, a bit skeptical but hopeful. I’m happy to say that my pain is almost completely gone. I was amazed at how fast I improved. I went from worrying about needing surgery and pain pills to being back to normal. Thank you Chris! And on another note, Audrey, Gina, and Allie are great! Audrey incorporates exercise and strength training to your overall program which is such an added benefit. The office environment is super friendly and welcoming, and very much has a family vibe. You can’t go wrong with Chiropractic Solutions.

I started working for Dr. Chris almost 6 months ago. As a women’s health trainer, a childbirth educator and a mom, I was drawn to join his team because we share values of wellness and family and a mission to help people become the healthiest, best versions of themselves. What I didn’t entirely expect was my own personal — physical and emotional, transformation. Now 43, I have struggled for years under the progression of perimenopause. Like many other women my age, I had symptoms I had never experienced before, like extreme anxiety, heart palpitations, hot flashes and night sweats, tinnitus, vertigo, migraines at the start of every very short menstrual cycle, nausea and bloating. Not to mention the tension that I constantly held in my neck and upper back, that caused an ever-present knot I had named “The Mother of All Knots” and, when massaged, caused pain around my neck and up into my ear. I tried, in vain, to treat these symptoms away with supplements, progesterone and dietary intervention. None of those seemed to make any lasting impact. All of those symptoms are now gone, with no consistent change other than my regular, twice a week chiropractic adjustments. Those symptoms were preventing me from having the clarity and space to experience what this phase of my life should be - an opportunity to figure out who I am and what I choose to give my energy to moving forward. I am so grateful for that! I feel strongly that wise women are an essential part of who and what will correct the wrongs and heal the wounds of our world. Some people find clarity arising out of their suffering. That didn’t happen for me! I needed my body to heal before I could turn my energy outward. October 2018 I was in car accident and as the weeks went on I noticed my back was not getting better. It was very challenging to sleep at night and I constantly had shooting pain in my neck, lower back and chest. One of my coworkers recommended Chiropractor Solutions, I decided to give it a try. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Just from one visit I could immediately tell they care so much about their patients and want to help them get better. After being examined we discovered that my spine was shaped differently and even though I got into a car accident some of the pain was being caused from wear and tear on my body from playing sports my whole life. After hearing that I knew I needed to start a plan with Dr. Chris in order to get better and help prevent long term damage. As the weeks went on I was starting to feel so much better. Once my plan ended I stopped going because I thought I was perfectly fine but little did I know that would be one of the worse decisions I have ever made. A few weeks went by and I was right back to how I felt in October. I was in so much pain, I couldn’t sleep at night and I was constantly getting head aches. I gave Dr. Chris and his team a call and expressed how I was feeling. I set up an appointment and began treatment again. I could not be happier with the decision I made of going back. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to anyone who is having back pain. Dr. Chris, Casey and CJ are the most amazing people you will ever meet. They will invest time in you to help you feel better and you will see incredible results!

I have migraine headaches and have had them for many years. Recently they've become more frequent and prolonged and have significantly interfered with the quality of my life. I was referred to Chiropractic Solutions by my friend/trainer from the gym. I have been very impressed with Dr Chris' knowledge. He does not promise a miracle which I sincerely appreciate. We've mapped out a treatment program and I do feel it's working. I walked into the office the other day with a migraine (I almost cancelled because I was feeling so poorly) and with the adjustment the headache faded out within an hour. There's more work to do but I'm confident that I will keep improving!

The term "life changing" appears below... Yup. When I saw my friend Rachael Grace's recommendation, I knew that Chris and Gina Hauck were going to be good people. I was in town on travel and had an issue that needed attention rather quickly. Getting set up w/ a chiropractor is kind of a pain and often expensive. Not so with Dr Hauck. I was seen that day, the work up was thorough and discovered issues that has been missed by my medical care team back home for the past 6 years. I had seen different doctors and gotten different tests/scans, but no one could tell me why I was feeling the vertigo symptoms, nor could they give me any way to relieve them. While I am still figuring things out, Dr. Chris has helped me come a long way. He works with me to figure out what helps and what doesn’t help. He has also helped me understand my body more and why it reacts in certain ways. He gives stretches and exercises that have helped me realize the effects my posture has on my symptoms. I started visiting Chiropractic Solutions in September, 2008. During my initial consultation, Dr. Chris and I reviewed my x-rays back scan results. He explained to me (in detail) my current state and the reasons for it. I was never aware of how much my back and hips were misaligned and the negative effects of these conditions could have on my well-being. I knew that to correct the situation it would take a commitment and a positive attitude. I signed up for a six-month weekly program. I knew one or two visits a month would never work. I am still visiting Dr. Chris on a weekly basis and am now approaching four years since my first visit. Other than a few twinges here and there, my overall condition is probably 95% better than it was when I first started treatment. I have arthritis in a number of joints and on my spinal column. The treatment I have received has helped these conditions immensely…not to mention the benefits of my improved mental state.

I came to Dr. Hauck as a last resort prior to exploring destructive ear surgery (which itself was not guaranteed to be successful). I had been suffering with Meniere's disease for 3 years without much success via conventional medicine. Enduring a bad few months of nearly constant vertigo, I looked at alternative options and I could not have been luckier to find Dr. Hauck. Chris was completely honest with me up front. He was not able to promise anything, but had (1) actually heard of Meniere's before and (2) helped a family friend with the condition. Scans of my neck looked promising (C1-C3 showed issues on the affected side). I am happy to report that after only a few visits I have been vertigo free for nearly 2 months. My hearing has gradually come back in the affected ear. Brain fog is rare these days. I feel like I have my life back. The office itself Is very inviting with friendly staff. My 3 year old daughter thinks going to the Chiropractor is a treat! (not sure there is a much better review than that). Although she is not being treated, Chris has made an effort to get to know her and make the overall visit a fun experience. Highly recommended.

Dr. Chris really knows his stuff. I was nervous to go to a chiropractor fearing aggressive adjustments on an already tender back but Dr. Chris gets it done in a very gentle manner and uses a special table for most adjustments that keeps you stationary except where he is trying to adjust you. He has been helping me with my back and neck for well over a year now and I have seen steady and consistent improvement. He has gone out of his way to squeeze me in on multiple occasions when I really needed an adjustment. I wish I had started treatment sooner. Even if you don't have symptoms you really should go in for a consultation. As they say; 1/2 oz. of prevention is worth a pound of cure!

I rate them a 5 (Excellent ++) but Google only goes to 3! It has been a very long time since I visited a physician and haven't felt like they're watching the buck and clock to spend as little of both with me. Dr. Chris and everyone at Chiropractic Solutions NEVER EVER rush you out or skimp on your treatment. Each visit starts with a question about how we're doing. Dr. Chris then addresses every issue with either a treatment, advice or referal on each and every item. Besides the expected chiropratic services, they offer regularly scheduled learning sessions on a current health topic. They are also very active in the community with social outreach programs.
