Staff was very nice. Did not get the adjustments I was looking for: Only a slight neck adjustment after 3 visits. I’m accustomed to at least 6 different manipulations per visit with dozens of audible releases, did not get that... I also didn’t Like getting treatments in the sitting position, more relaxing when lying down. I wish the staff and doctors nothing but the best and hope they can improve the patient experience.

Do not go to this place using Groupon because he will NOT give you the full treatment unless you come in walking on crutches. So why go here if you always have to pay full price? You will NOT receive the same level of service because you have already paid for your appointment at a BIG discount. I went there Monday, April 8, 2018...We had a good dialogue. He gave me a basic exam and took my blood pressure.... so far, so good. Now, when it came time for the adjustment, he said that I was "too healthy" for an adjustment. I have never heard of that in my life!! I was not asking for a drug prescription. The ONLY reason I bought this service was for the adjustment. I just wanted my neck cracked. I asked him specifically for that because I had it done in the past. He said no. During the mild dispute, I realized that if I demanded the adjustment that it possibly would have been detrimental, so I relented. The only thing he offered me was some cheap "hydro-therapy" for 15 minutes while he went to see more important patients. There was NOTHING therapeutic about a cheap waterbed. The worst part is that I paid for two (2) adjustments when I did not get even ONE!! I also paid for another groupon from this guy that expires in June. I have to try to get a refund from Groupon because I already know what is going to happen.... no adjustments. I gave this place two stars because the staff is nice, but please find someone else that will actually fulfill their obligation.
