On each visit, Dr. Simms and his staff are professional, pleasant and positive. Dr. Simms evaluated my neck and shoulder on my first visit and he explained my treatment plan to me on the second visit and I must say that my shoulder and neck improved on each visit and now I'm pain free.

I was suffering from neck and shoulder C-spine problems with tingling in arms and fingers. From my first consultation visit in 2016 to today June 2019, the tingling in my fingers and arms are gone and as well as the aching and pain in my neck and shoulders. BEST CHIROPRACTIC CENTER EVER! I almost gave up on seeing a chiropractor as I had suffered with severe back pain for 7 months straight with no relief. My previous chiropractor didn't do much and really had no idea what was going on with my back as no tests were ordered (even after 5 weeks are treatment and no improvement). I saw an ad on Facebook for Sims Chiropractic Center for $19 and thought, "What do I have to lose?" My very first visit he adjusted my back and ordered me to have a MRI to see exactly what was going on with my back. Within a week I had the MRI done and Dr. Sims was able to see exactly what the issue was and knew how to treat it. Not only does my back feel better in less than a month but I am able to get back to some normalcy in my life as I was restricted from normal activities because of the pain. Dr. Sims and his staff are always so pleasant and cheerful and they always put a smile on your face. I am so glad I didn't give up and I will recommend Sims Chiropractic Center to everyone!

I have been coming to Hyattsville from Brookland for 6 yrs now and even in rush hour it is well worth the trip. Dr. Sims is so warm, personable and a very passionate and skilled chiropractor. I have been seeing chiropractors all over the country for 40 years and know what I am talking about!!! Also, unlike surly office staff at other medical offices (ugh, my big pet peeve) the office staff has always been competent, friendly and warm. I suffered from back pain all of 2018 and probably a year or two before that. I finally took notice of how severe the pain was when I went to the ER in December of 2018. I was given the option to go to a back surgeon as well as encouraged to go to physical therapy. I reluctantly tried chiropractic care after talking to my mom and her chiropractor in Pennsylvania. My primary doctor referred me to Dr. Sims and after reading reviews on google I tried him out. I started feeling better rather quickly and he reminded me to continue my care. He also has a class that talked about the benefits of chiropractic care that I was hesitant to attend but thoroughly enjoyed. I was recently sick and he talked to me about the benefits of continuing my adjustments and I started to see my cold-like symptoms subside. Everyone at Sims Chiropractic Center is very friendly. The staff provides a energetic, fun and positive environment. They staff is bilingual they speak spanish as well. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Dr. Sims is great at what he does. Not only does he adjust my back, but he taught me how to be a healthier person overall. It has been a year since I initially came to Dr. Sims unable to stand, walk without a cane while also dependent on pain medication for relief. What an amazing practice!!!!! This office has changed my quality of life with their professionalism and life changing techniques. I have and will continue to recommend this practice to everyone I know who is experiencing back and neck pain. I came to them with numbness and tingling down my left arm thinking that I would need some form of surgery to correct the problem. After 4 months of chiropractic treatment the numbness and tingling are completely gone. I continue to see this office monthly for routine care and feel that this is an important part of my healing.
